Wow, he took it a step further than I did. When I was 12 I was still trying to figure out why my sheets were still dry after I "peed" the bed.

Hehe think of playground fights. I can imagine his child getting in a "My dad could beat your dad" kinda thing, which of course he couldn't as he won't even be fully grown.

Also, stupid people like this really piss me off. People who can't afford kids, having them anyway, because they think it will be nice to have a kid. IDIOTS!!!! Idiots who suck on the government tit, while us taxpayers are left holding the bag. This is right up there with that stupid woman in California, who just had 8 MORE kids.

If you want to have children, try getting a few things in order first, like:

-Getting a source of income
-Save up for a while, so that you can provide your child with a more secure future
-Go through puberty
-At least finish your High School Diploma.

Basicaly, get your own shiznit together first, before you think about adding the burden, that being a responsible parent brings. Impatience and stupidity breed more of the same.

Also, the mention of Sharnbrook, Bedford at the bottom there, that's where I go to the gym, didn't realise it was famous for that, that kid would be 10 by now, and his 'dad' would be my age. That's just weird.

I'm not congratulating them. I'm at least relieved that they are (or at least somebody is) taking on the duty instead of aborting the pregnancy.

When I first read the story, I felt envy in a way, I mean: I thought the girl was hot or something like that, and I thought "Damn! This kid is only 13 and he has had sex already!". I am still a virgin, that's why I thought that. But after seeing the girl, I thought: "Great, Lucas! You aren't as lost as you thought! :D"
 
I think the fact that the parents' first thoughts were to ring The Sun says a lot.

I mean my god, how difficult is it people? Even ignoring the blatantly shudder-worthy relationship between these two (who look about 20 years apart in age), and then ignoring the fact that they didn't use protection (although I'm not sure why I should), what possessed their parents to think this would go well?!

Hardly a big deal, I lost my virginity at 12. And that's not just bragging, because when I left that girl at 13 years of age I never got that far with another girl for almost 2 years.

Most likely the girlfriend will do all the working while the boyfriend goes to school till he of age.
 
he is lucky she hasnt realised she would get more benefits as a single parent, then again that would require actual thought process. i do wonder how long before he gets bored of acting 'dad'.
another ridiculous extreme...my parents dont even let my sister and her fiance alone in a room, and theyr both over 20!!
