For the longest time, that was my case too; I couldn't gold the license for it, but once I got a Dex I was able to drive it (and hybrids ). I ended up finally earning my own a few weeks before GT2 came out.

Oh, the memories... Jacoja, great minds think alike . Great shot, and smooth transformation 👍

lol, yeah... you can see an attempt I made (maybe) on the left hand side of the boot, but failed. I'll try giving it another go

When I reminisce about GT4 I always think about wiping out my 900+ hp Mitsubishi GTO on High Speed Ring.

The picture looks good, except the stripes look odd, as if they don't curve with the car body as it should.

Oh sweet! ... I remember drawing (copying) that exact picture onto my year 3 school dairy.

...(And also a picture of the classic racing game - Porsche Challege (Which was my first PS racing game ). (My very first racing game was Nigal Mansells world Championship, on Game Boy)

...aanyway... I'm starting to go offtopic.
