Not mathematically, but it's almost certain. Wrexham can level on points and their 4 wins and Fleetwood's 2 losses in the admittedly farfetched sequence would swing the goal difference in Wrexham's favour.
Lincoln led 2-0 too....

Wrexham 2-2 Grimsby Town
A draw that neither side wanted nor needed. Grimsby came from behind twice and it's now just one win in five for Wrexham. Not great form for the upcoming play-offs.

Saturday April 14th
Championship
Doncaster lose at home to Portsmouth and go down. Bristol City draw so the other teams in the relegation zone earn a stay of execution.
The Birmingham draw with Bristol means they're yet to confirm a play-off spot, and no other promotion matters were decided.
League 1
Charlton are promoted - but not yet champions - after they win and Wednesday draw at Colchester. Wednesday and the Pigs are left to fight over the second automatic spot with the remaining team guaranteed top ranking in the playoffs - with three games left!
Orient and Walsall both lose, giving a lifeline to the bottom three. Rochdale - beating Exeter - and Chesterfield both take it and have at least another game left as league 1 clubs. Exeter go bottom, but only a point separates the three.
League 2
Swindon win, but Crawley's draw and game in hand stop them going up today. Both clubs, along with Torquay and Shrewsbury are now confirmed to have at least a play-off spot
Barnet beat Hereford and dump them on the bottom. Four other clubs are still not mathematically safe, but Barnet, Hereford and Macclesfield are just three points apart and four from the nearest rival now.
Blue Square Premier Leagueship
Fleetwood draw on Friday, Wrexham draw on Saturday and Fleetwood go up as champions.

Championship
Nothing will be decided at the top - though a point for Birmingham while Middlesbrough lose confirms their playoff berth. But at the bottom it could all be decided with two games remaining.
If Bristol City win away at West Ham United, Portsmouth's game is irrelevant and they are relegated. Coventry City would need to avoid defeat against Millwall or they join Pompey in League 1. If Portsmouth lose to Crystal Palace, they are relegated regardless of other results. Any other permutation of results keeps the season going one game longer.
League 2
A point for Swindon away at Aldershot promotes the Robins to League 1.

Middlesbrough and Hull need to win to keep their playoff hopes alive - a draw for Boro doesn't rule them out, but they'll need other results (Cardiff and Blackpool losing) to go their way and hope for a significant goal difference change on the final day. Even if Boro win, Birmingham need one point to effectively secure their playoff berth (more to do so mathematically).
Portsmouth and Coventry MUST win or they are relegated, but if Bristol City win at home to Barnsley, they are relegated anyway.
League One
Sheffield United can go up if they win and the Owls lose - but have to do so without their leading scorer. MK Dons - who United are facing - and Huddersfield Town can secure a playoff spot alongside the non-promoted Sheffield club if they win, or draw if Stevenage and Carlisle's don't win.
Exeter, Rochdale and Chesterfield all need wins to stay up - and the latter two play each other. A draw and they're both down. Exeter's game with Walsall may relegate all three anyway as Walsall sit just outside the relegation zone and three points for them makes it messy at the bottom. Leyton Orient are level with Walsall and a win for both relegates the bottom three.

Bolton beat Villa last night - and while any one of ten teams can still go down, what was effectively a five way fight (Wolves, Blackburn, Bolton, Wigan, QPR) is now a five way fight plus the already relegated Wolves as Villa are now just three points above Bolton and Bolton have a game in hand.
QPR (WLWLW), Wigan (WLWWL) and Bolton (WLLDW) have all recorded 7 or more points in their last five, Villa (DDLDL) have managed only three - only recording 7 points in their last nine games (7pt from 27pt available). Even Blackburn (LWLLW) have got 6 points in five games. Only Wolves have played worse and they're already down... Villa may now be relying on goal difference to keep them up...

Villa are in serious trouble, especially if QPR can get one more win from somewhere, their home game against Stoke is easily their best chance. Blackburn have to beat Wigan and probably get some points in their other games too so they are likely to go down aswell. This is football though and anything is possible.

Championship
Despite being the last day of the regular season, there is almost nothing left to decide. The second automatic spot will be decided between Southampton and West Ham - if Southampton win or West Ham draw or lose, Southampton go up and West Ham don't. For any other results see here.
Middlesbrough need a win to sneak into the play-offs at the expense of Cardiff (if Cardiff lose), and quite a remarkable sequence of results is needed to deny Birmingham a spot...
League One
Like the Championship, second automatic promotion is between two teams but it can go on to next week. If Sheffield United win at home to play-off-chasing Stevenage while Sheffield Wednesday lose to away to play-off-chasing Brentford, United go up. If Wednesday draw while United win, it goes to another week but again needs ridiculous results in the final games to prevent United's promotion. Anything else sees it all go down to the wire.
There's only one playoff spot remaining and four teams are squabbling over it. Stevenage can grab it if they beat Sheffield United and Notts County and Carlisle both manage no better than draws.
At the bottom, Leyton Orient will be safe with a win. Walsall will be effectively safe - ridiculous results aside - with a win. Exeter go down unless they win and Chesterfield are effectively down unless they win. Wycombe can also be relegated today if they lose or draw while Orient and Walsall win, but ultimately they need to beat Walsall's result, even if matching it doesn't mathematically relegate them.
League Two
If Swindon at least match Shrewsbury's result, they are champions. If Shrewsbury at least match Crawley and Torquay's results, they are promoted. Crawley need to better Torquay's result to be promoted - though a Crawley draw while Torquay lose won't do it. Southend need a win or their automatic promotion chances are over regardless.
