Yes but it has a lot less torque than the newer cars, check the OP.

also another key idea/point.
If there are large discrepencies between Group C and LMP we could run it as 2 divisions. Those members who want to use group C's, those who want to use LMP. Similar to GT500 and GT300 in the super GT series.
There could then be 4 Championships:
That way all the players can run together, compete for first overall, and first within class. This then addresses any balancing of cars issues we may have, i.e, banning some cars.
What do you think?? This would also allow us to expand the field to 16 players. 8 or so in each class.
p.s. we'd need to have a list of who will drive what car etc..
edit: as for the first race, no, perhaps next week? or the week after only we need atleast 1 more practice race, but with more people (6+)

Yeh its importent to make sure everyone on the list is racing. I would say send a PM to everyone who signed up as soon as you organise a race just to ensure they know its happening and to find out if they're racing. If they don't reply then you can always replace them with someone else. It sounds a little harsh but we don't want a race with half the people not showing.

How about another friendly race on Monday again? 8.00pm GMT room for a 8.30pm GMT race start, like last time?

Sounds like a good plan. I'm moving back to university this weekend so inwont be online until Monday. Feel free to organise a race for Monday at those times, on my an everyones behalf. I'll be there so send out the invites or just add the following details.

Provisional Race 1.
The first provisional race will take place next week, THURSDAY 20/1/11.
Track: Tokyo R246
Laps: 100 miles
Practice/Quali: 8.00pm GMT
Race: 9.00pm GMT
All cars allowed, this will give us a chance to see if a divisional thing will work.
