2012 Bahrain Grand Prix

Haven't been this excited for a season in ages.

Also, will be funny if Hamilton wins the championship but doesn't actually win a race due to the race wins being distributed across so many teams and drivers.

Force India debuting latest 'Cloak of Invisibility' in Q2... new data engineer Potter, H. believed responsible...

Timing screens show Di Resta is out on track. Somewhere.

Fingerboy takes his first pole of the season. I don't think he will be able to match the performance of the McLarens over a race distance, though.

You hear his reaction over the radio " yess yessss woooohoooo thank you so much i love you guysss"

Hate these dumb love declarations they make over there at RBR over the radio, even last year when they had their 16th something pole and win, acting like they still have orgasms about it...

Some people are saying that FOM tv purposely didn't show di resta's lap because of the incident, doubt it.

Rocky [Vettel's engineer]: Usual procedure. P1. P0. Finger.

Haha.

I think both Mercedes are in a good position tomorrow, even Schumcher because they were very concerned about the tyres.

Also, anyone else feel that it will be a three to four stop race?

Do you know why he celebrate the way he does? Because nothing last forever in Formula 1.

 Glad they poked fun at not having been given air time at all. Would be a great laugh if they ended up on Podium, not sure how they'd block that out. Here's to hoping it happens.

If you think so, that'd be akin to me saying that FI pulled their team out because of logistics as they claim. We all know why they did it and it was thinly hidden.

Not the bizarro land I was hoping for up front, in fact, there's nothing bizarre about the top 3 at all.

Would have been nice if Hulkenberg got up there somehow. Not that we would have seen it. :dopey:

With the tires going off as fast as they do, I wonder if anyone's going to try a 5-stop strategy tomorrow...

Formula One so far, this year has been sooooo close. In Q2, the top 10 were only seperated by 0.5 second!

As I expected since Friday, Red Bull may be back in shape but those McLarens need to be looked at because they can really spoil anybody's party. I really am starting to miss Vettel's scream so there we have it. This set to be a good race tomorrow!

Also, Kovalainen was around a second slower than everybody else in Q1 I think so that really shows how competitive the cars are now.

oh man, what happened to Rosberg? Dominating practices, come qualifying he only manages 5th!
But what a performance by Ricciardo, 6th place.
Hopefully it's another exciting race.

Rosberg locked up at turn 10 and then ran wide at turn 11. It was a messy lap after a promising first sector. A good effort though by him but the race sounds a bit away from the Mercedes it seems :(

Schumacher is pants these days!
Pants? Far from it. Although he's no longer as quick as he was in his prime he is still a front running driver. Schumacher's DRS broke on his quick lap in the last sector and spent the rest of the session back in the pits trying to get it repaired; all the while others were out on track, setting faster times as the track evolved. That's the reason Michael is down in 18th; not due to any lack of speed.

 It's 2010 & 2011 all over again -_- ...

Things look interesting for tomorrow, of course I want to see McLaren Mercedes win, but I have a feeling Nico Rosberg has a pretty good chance if the temperatures are lower tomorrow.
