There go my chances of winning the championship after skipping the first event , Oh well, now to focus on Indianapolis

3rd, 9th, 14th. What happened to Schrader on that G-W-C? He was 9th or 10th going into it and ended up 14th.

He must have restarted 9th. Whoever was on the inside just constantly lost positions on restarts. Had Larson ever lined up on the outside just once in the final segment, he probably would have won the race.

Most Points: Wilbur (115)
Fewest Points: Justin (87)
Biggest Gain: Furinkazen, MustangRyan (+1)
Biggest Loss: funkyDucks, smuffyatfcp (-2)
New Entrants: LancerEvo7 (11th)

Next Race: Nationwide Series: Zippo 200 @ Watkins Glen (Aug. 10)

Notes:
  • Please ignore the round points for those who did not submit picks, they did not score any points this round.

18, 24 and 99. Here's hoping Johnson doesn't win, because picking him would be a waste of a CP on my part. :P

Why do we pick the hard to pick Nationwide races for the SES, or to word it better, why do we pick the Nationwide races without Kyle Busch in them

Brickyard picks:

#42 Juan Pablo Montoya (looks like he may actually be competitive at Indy again for once)
#48 Jimmie Johnson
#78 Kurt Busch (CP)

Edit: Just realized I made the same picks as Wilbur. You may want to rethink yours now.

Well, I was feeling pretty good about 2nd, 4th, and 9th until I came in and saw everyone else's results. :ouch:

Not terrible, but it looks like quite a few others did better than us. Sorry, Wilbur. :guilty:

Well we just had some bad luck but not terrible. It easily could have went worse as I tried to pick safe folks. Jimmie was a no brainer, JPM was iffy but he can be strong but I was iffy about Kurt
