He's driving a third Penske car at Michigan this weekend, mostly as a tune-up for the Brickyard 400 next month. Roger Penske still hasn't won the Brickyard 400 yet, and is attempting to maximize his chances of doing so this season.

Obviously I need to pay more attention because I wasn't aware of that, didn't notice him on the pick form either. Ryan Blaney was pretty quick in the #12 a few weeks ago, real interested to see how JPM goes.

Just remembered that I picked Harvick last week, and don't want to use a CP on him.

Let's try 5/16/88 instead.

I would pick Dale cause I can see a back to back here from him...and that is my crutch since I'm a fan and almost automatically want to pick him. However, wasting a CP again and risking the chance at not getting it back like last week.

This is interesting. I picked the 20, 88 and 42 out of all cars before qualifying. Out of those drivers, the 42 has been the fastest of them this weekend. I think I'll keep him. As I've mentioned earlier in the thread, I don't like picking rookies. But he's shown to me he can be strong week in and week out. So...my picks will be:

#42 Kyle Larson
#48 Jimmie Johnson (I can't see him continuing his bad Michigan luck. I think it'll turn this week.)
#88 Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Never thought I'd switch out Kenseth, but he hasn't shown much speed this weekend. Though it probably won't matter for him and he'll be near the front at the end when it counts like he always is. And I strongly considered Harvick, but I don't feel like using a CP, and he's been hit and miss. Either he's dominating or having some sort of issue.

I swear that each team gets a look at my picks before every race so they know who should screw up.

I'm not exactly sure how to classify all of our new entries this week.
