To think, this was one of the most hated tracks on the circuit a few years ago.

Amazing what a weathered surface will do. Let this be a lesson to stop repaving tracks until completely necessary.

Victory lane burnout.

Always wanted to see someone do that.

Very late response, but great win for Larson. I figured it was only a matter of time before he won and it finally happened. If he manages to pull one off in Cup, I may have to rethink my prediction for rookie of the year (especially seeing as he suddenly has been pulling out some solid finishes after Daytona)

Guys, I'd just like to apologize for what happened on, I believe, Friday. That was all my mistake, so please spare me. :(

I saw the race yesterday, and that was quite an exciting finish. Congratulations to Kyle Larson for his first win, and I'm eager to see how today's race will go. :)

What does this mean for his Chase chances? Isn't it a requirement to at least attempt every race?
If you're in the top 30 in points, you can still make the Chase without qualifying for every race.

Crazy idea - How about NASCAR televising most of the race on a delay? Like how they handled qualifying. So when it goes to commercial you dont miss anything. When they come back from commercial the broadcast picks up where it left off. The problem is with the amount of commercials each race has you're looking at the race broadcast being about 45 minutes longer then normal.
Or the government could just make a rule that bans commercials during sporting events. In Europe, there are hardly any to no commercials during sports events. If it can work there, it can work here.

Only need commercials when there's breaks in the action. Cautions and red flag periods should be commercial time. But, then we'd start getting TV Timeout cautions. 👎

Then again, soccer and hockey go the entire half/period without commercials.

So there's a woman driving the pace car today. We might have some cautions for the caution car today.

Not really sure how to handle this.... :nervous:

I was going to choose a smaller one, but figured a large one was more fitting.

It's the mystery headshot for the #11 .

Harvick looks to have a flat tire.
