Sorry to poke my nose into this. It's not my class, so it doesn't concern me, but curious: Why no oil change? It is the only car in the class, so it's not like the power needs to be balanced? :confused:

Not changing oil keeps the engine torque down, making it slightly more user friendly, that may be the reason,

There will might be "some" changes relating race broadcasting.

But I'm pretty sure it'll be.

@AJ @Jordan I'm not sure if you guys know, or can answer this. But does PD view our broadcast, and are they doing any development to improve the spectator experience? Its not hard to tell that their spectator system wasn't designed for this.

Things I would like changed specifically are the control gui, and the black loading screens from switching cars. :/

The black screen between switching cars happens because the game assets are streamed for the particular point in the track at any one time. So when you change cars from one place on the track to another, the game has to load all the details in, and as you can imagine, on a moving target, with network latency, can take some time. There is one way to improve this, and it's by upgrading the PS3 HDD to a SSD, which improves loading times when jumping between cars.

They could also cache a couple mb of data in RAM... if there are any free..

I believe a Formula 1 series would be great fun. Also they are way to underestimated and never used in the game. Its fair fast racing and its really a good way to test drivers together with their cars. Real race distances so like +-70 laps ish. But i have no idea if this is even possible it was just an idea i came up with this morning xdd

Somewhat of a driver recruitment post here but with a slight twist.

GHH have a healthy stable of drivers but we do have a few that, for many reasons, are unable to take part regularly. We also have 2 guys managing their own teams which spreads them a little thin at times during the calendar.

Because of the above I am seeking to recruit 1 driver but there's a twist: I am recruiting a platinum driver only OR a driver who is recognised as platinum in all but name. If you are a platinum rated driver (or are a recognised GTP 'alien') and would like to become a Heathen then please PM me and we can talk.

Our drivers don't race every race so P drivers who are already in a team are most welcome to join but you will need to be from a team that is not presently racing in the GT3 or GT Cup classes.
