The rules state that it is "Events over the course of the season" so I'm guessing it means season long limit, regardless of when your ranking changes. The only trouble you get into is when you've done 15 races before getting ranked platinum, meaning you've technically breached the event cap without having attended an event while over the event cap.

@GTP_Bambi It is retrospective. The reason is to make sure we don't see the top drivers taking the seats & limiting the numbers taking part.

When are the threads going to be unlocked for the 4 races that are due to start in less than a week?
1x 50 minute session. Still going to be tough to fit all the rookie drivers to qualify!
I am not sure if this is up for discussion, but I would like to suggest something (and of course I would like others to weigh in). TCN-1 class are a part of 3 out of 4 VLN series, yet they do not have a spot in N24 race. Would it be nice to have, say two spots, reserved for TCN-1 class, and have a three-class endurance race?
Currently, for N24, we have 7 spots for GT3, 5 spots for GT Cup.
What I'm suggesting is 6 spots for GT3, 4 spots for GT Cup and 2 spots for TCN-1.

I dare say the ship has sailed for this year but AJ may consider it for next year. He may also consider it this year, the mind of a genius race director is indeed a strange place so you never know
I'd think 3 is minimum per class though, at least need to fill a podium.

Now that the Karting Series Pre-Season Trials Weekend is out of the way (Results HERE and Full Season Entry List HERE), Rounds 7, 8, 9, & 10 of the Series have my full attention.
Registration for the Karting Series is still open, those of you who have not signed up would be made more then welcome.
No. All GT3 and GT CUP teams were promised a place on the grid for that Event nearly six months ago when they signed up to those classes, I see no reason to damage the Series' credibility by reneging on that promise.
For those interested in taking part in the N24 that do not currently have a team/seat, keep an eye out for teams looking to recruit Drivers for that Event as a one off. I am currently expecting there to be at least 4 seats open.

I believe those were terminated with the introduction of the new franchises during the expansion period.

We can maybe have the Zytek Z11SN in the series as LMP2 (obviously)

I don't think @AJ will be adding new LM P2 franchises with the new car. If anything, I think the DeltaWing teams or other LM P2 teams will get the option to replace their current ride with the Zytec.
