Question: I'm not really updated on the news but why do cars appear to have LED bars on the bodywork?


Identification lights for the teams, reporters, viewers etc. And the GTD class cars also have a green identification light on the rear aswell.

Also, the led numbers on the sides of the cars denote the position in their respective class.
 
How does a wheel just fall off and a mechanic puts another one on after punching the suspension once or twice? What sort of technology is Ferrari using?
