Speaking of DP C7...it looks best in blue.

I would like to vouch for a blue Corvette C7.R.

Did this photoshop myself. It's not great but it works.
Well done. Speaking of the blue DP above, I did a quickie of what it would look like with a Evangelion Racing livery. <a href="http://s1132.photobucket.com/user/A...14-2015-corvette-dp-Copy_zpsa4a671af.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1132.photobucket.com/albums...pe-2014-2015-corvette-dp-Copy_zpsa4a671af.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo tusc-2015-chevrolet-corvette-daytona-prototype-2014-2015-corvette-dp-Copy_zpsa4a671af.jpg"/></a>I would like to vouch for a blue Corvette C7.R.

Holy Chrome Batman.
The Ligier will debut at the 12 hours, as far as I can tell.So are they actually running the DP or the Liger at Daytona? I love they go chrome, it's different and works as long as they don't over do it.

Don't forget the Viper team in GTD, they now have Bill Riley at the helm and are supposedly getting a second car. Its been proven a strong car so don't count it out.
Andy Priaulx will return to racing in North America in 2015 with the championship winning Turner Motorsport team. The BMW works driver will be contesting the endurance races in Daytona, Sebring, Watkins Glen and Road Atlanta with support from his long time sponsor IHG Rewards Club in a BMW Z4 GTD.
When announcing the deal team boss Will Turner explained: “I have been working on putting this IMSA programme together since the last race. I am happy to say that everything just fell into place this past weekend, now my guys are going to have to work round the clock to get the car ready for Daytona.” A delighted Andy’s reaction was: “This is an amazing opportunity for me and one I grabbed with both hands. Last year I was able to see how this team worked close at hand and I was very impressed by its professionalism. It can’t get much better than going racing in a fiercely competitive series with the team that won the GTD team and driver titles last year. I thoroughly enjoyed racing in America in these endurance races and so I can’t wait to get back on track in a couple of weeks for the Daytona 24 Hours.”
The Guernsey driver will compete in the Patron North American Endurance Cup, which is part of the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship (USCC). He will drive alongside Finland’s Markus Palttala, who was the 2014 BMW Sports Trophy winner, and America’s Micheal Marsal in the number 97 BMW Z4 GTD. 2015 will be a busy year for Andy who is also competing for BMW in the European Le Mans Series. In 2014 Turner Motorsport clinched the GTD titles in the USCC with four wins, six podiums and ten top ten finishes in 11 races.
What I meant was it now has the same raw raspiness to it that the C7.R has, which wasn't there when the exhausts were rearward facing.
...wait I thought they were number 94?
YES! Two BW Z4 GT3's in GTD!
Who is the other one in GTD? I only know of Turner and the other 2 are GTLM for RLL
“I applaud IMSA for continuing to make safety improvement, even if the car’s a bit older. I remember doing Zylon panels of our own with the Lolas in the ALMS years ago, and it needed to happen with these cars. We had a wishbone go through one of my driver’s legs at Baltimore in 2013 – that was Rusty Mitchell – so safety-wise, if it makes it safer for the drivers, and makes it safer for the tubs so we don’t have to replace them after a crash like that, I’m all for it. It’s expensive, but it’s money well spent
