Monday Night

Swansea lost 1-0 but Hull also lost 3-1 away to Man City, could have been a lot worse today but we cant keep relying on other teams..

A few weeks ago we tonked Norwich 5-1, then narrowly lost 2-0 (the second goal coming after our keeper went up in the last minute) to Reading, and today Norwich beat Reading 7-1.

The Championship is nuts.

United win 0-3, Zlatan Mkhitaryan and Rashford with the goals, Seb Larsson sent off for Sunderland for a debatable studs up challenge on Herrera, good performance but quite boring to watch again.

Everton v Leicester next and Leicester are resting some players for Wednesday.

Big game for Arsenal tonight, away to in form Palace, I think United's win yesterday has put more pressure on them.

Leicester would still be in the relegation zone if they started Chillwell and Amartey at defense every game. Mirallas was just embarrassing them from the start. Everton needed that game badly and they played like it... Except for their goalie.

Looking forward to Wednesday against Atletico because yesterday was tough to watch with the rotated side.

Indeed, that was a difficult task for them. I have to admit that Albrighton's goal really stunned me! Besides Mahrez, Simpson and Ndidi, I noticed Fuchs was also missing, not even available at the bench. Was he injured, or just part of the rotation for the UCL leg?

Also, I believe Ulloa deserves more games with the team. He had two great headers right after he joined the pitch.

Fuchs was just being rested, he's not injured. Amartey is a defensive midfielder who was playing right back and got blown by for the opening goal 30 seconds into the game.

They mentioned some wind gusting after Albrighton's goal which could have been the cause but Everton's goalie had a rough game. Slimani went straight hockey 5-hole on him for the 1st Leicester goal after a great run from Gray.

Random Football news of the day, Tony Adams is the new Granada boss in La Liga....

Random Football/Soccer question: Where would you put the MLS if it was an English league? EFL League 1.5 or under League 2?

I felt sorry for Larsson, was a soft red card but at least from a results perspective, Sunderland were already losing when it happened. Doesn't change it being harsh and possibly game changing though since United hadn't played all that well in the first half.

Happy with 3 goals and 3 points though, much needed.

Arsenal now closer to Crystal Palace (20 points) down in 16th than they are to Chelsea (21 points).

Shocking scenes at Selhurst Park at the weekend as security force Arsenal fans to stay and watch.

On the face of it, it's an apple-to-oranges comparison (and I can't remember ever watching an MLS game), but I'll make a rough guess and say the Championship.
