Danny , when I read what you have writen I got an idea to why you are frustrated , and its quit simple too me , but I could be wrong offcourse , but it seems to me , that you are trying way to hard to hang on the other drivers and thats the worst thing you can do , but all in all I susgest to you that you stay in this series as you will learn a lot from the ppl racing here , I have allways tryid beeing with guys a lot faster than me , because I learn more that way ;)

Sorry to let you all know but im leaving this club now, im fed up on racing myself, and yes i know i got the best Qualy laptime, but i was just lucky to get a time like that in it, ive seen much better lap times just not in qualys lol. Your just all to good for me, yes i was actually trying until i just seen my places drop and drop and drop. And no Logic i wasnt racing at the start, i was waiting until the right time and that didn't make a difference either, so this whole new handicap thing isnt really working for me either. All my time of practice all goes waste, i practice loads. Its either me or bad setups or even both but no one has spare time to teach me how to setup a car anyway which i dont blame you for because you got your own lives and adults haha. Well im sorry ive come to this decision but i feel like im getting nowhere in the actual series races. Bye everyone hope you have fun in the last few races! :-)

@Stephen Vann would you be so kind as to remind @Danny Burke of the first 90min race I did as part of StorageTrunks maybe 6 months ago? During a test race at Daytona, when I qualified quite high (higher than yourself maybe?) and then finished the race dead last and something like 5 laps adrift of everyone :lol:

Don't despair mate - even though it can be easy to :odd:

As for me, and as for today...No DC. No spins. 2nd place. YEAH. :gtpflag:
 
Niss - Yeah you are right i need to practice long runs.. But i dont know what i happened i was doing so well in the practice races and then it comes to the actual race and i do the complete opposite of what ive been doing. It just made me think i was basically racing by myself as everyone kept going passed lol.

SRT - You are right i am trying to hang om the back end of someone who is infront too much, i concentrate on what there doing more than i am on myself and ny doing that ive noticed ive missed a few bends when they havent. I learn better this way too SRT. I need to have setups with a bit more traction and less of any wheel spin because tyre wear goes down faster and it needs more control. I was just basically drifting on the entries and exits of every sharp bend.

Logic - Im sorry for scaring you mate i just got really fed up of myself and felt ashamed of myself for not doing well at all, i do need to practice on the opposite i have been practicing really, need to learn to stay on that racing line and not enter bends too fast as you was saying on the Nurburgring i remember.

Hi all,
I have a practice room open just now for a while, probably until 2130.

Also, is anyone available to qualify me tomorrow at 1300 - 1500? I'm away this weekend. Cheers:)

I will be on soon guys, i still need to do my Qualy, all yous are getting like 1:11s/1.12s and atm im getting 1:13s haha, that hard enough so guys it looks like im not gonna be pole sitter for this race but i'll try my best, i can tell this race is going to be good and challenging, lots of spin outs. I will be on till late tonight practising and also tomorrow. If anyone is able to do my Qualy tonight that would be great :) see you on the track.
