The Porsches don't seem to be doing much in GTLM. Maybe the engine switch didn't matter that much and they shoulda stuck with what they knew.

Welp

Many squeaking noises from the 90

BoP still has an edge for the Caddy but it's definitely closer than Daytona's was. Rebellion really could have played spoiler in this race if they didn't have issues given their earlier pace.

10 team had a blazing stop last time.

Neither does Porsche...
Well, let's put Porsche aside because it's a new car, a new program and everything is basically starting from zero.
This is the first mid engine 911 so forget the past because this car is a new concept, a new ball game.
It will take some time to see the RSR fighting for first but it will get there.

That's not how it works! When you develop a new program and invest millions of dollars in it you don't quit after two races, dude!
Kevin Estre was saying that the car's balance and downforce input is ridiculously better and now the team has to work hard in suspension settings and overall small adjustments to bring the car to the top.
New projects take time, you just don't give up on them like that.

I would leave it alone for now and let the other DPi's work on their own mess. A properly crewed P2 seems capable of matching the Cadillac. Based on what I have seen today I would give the 488 GTLM a slight bump in boost and the Ford's +10kg. GTD seems pretty good.

Also why is the 912 not getting the wave-around the SC?

EDIT: GREEN GREEN GREEN!

My God the BMW's are slow. :odd:
I still think this M6 project was a failure not only in North America as in Europe things don't look good at all either.
BMW thought "if Bentley can do it, we can do it too" but the results after one and a half season show that maybe a new development of the super successful Z4 would be the way to go.

Throw the twin turbo V8 in the Z5 and there's a winner. Because this panzer is absolutely ****. I love how the GTLM team is blaming tires. The car sucks, period, there are no redeeming qualities about it. It's slower than hell.
