The more things change, the more they stay the same. England go out on penalties to Germany.

Great effort though. 👍

Spain beat Italy in the other semi 3-1 with a Saul Niguez hat-trick, Ill say it again...Spain have a seriously impressive squad in this tournament.

Jermain Defoe joins Bournemouth on a free, three year deal.

AC Milan's Suso has reportedly turned down offers from three clubs in the Champion's League because he wants to stay at Milan. Hopefully he can set an example for Donnarumma...

Borini from Sunderland has also completed a medical for Milan and will likely move soon.

Bournemouth have signed Nathan Ake from Chelsea for a club record £20 million, they signed Defoe yesterday and Begovic a little while ago, not messing around are they?!

One year ago today.

Long live the gutter trash press.

You know those films where one guy accidentally ends up dating two women at once, and arranges both dates at the same time in restaurants across the street from each other?

This is like that, only with football teams in Northern Ireland.

Is he managed by Monisha Kaltenborn?

Forgot to mention this but Congrats to Germany for winning the Euro Under 21 Championships on Friday night, they somewhat upset the odds beating an impressive Spain, Hector Bellerin raised £18,000 for the Grenfall victims after pledging to donate £50 for every minute of the tournament he played. 👍

Speaking of Grenfall, all 92 clubs stadia plus Wembley and The Principality Stadium will be checked for the flammable cladding.

Willy Caballero has joined Chelsea on a free to replace Begovic as back up.

Very good signing for Villa and they take the title of most bizarre announcement in the process...

All 20 Premier League clubs will have their players back in for pre-season training by the end of this week, new season getting ever closer...

AC Milan goalie Donnarumma (18 years old) has taken notice of Ronaldo's tactics and agreed to a new contract at AC, he'll be earning €6 million per year until mid 2022.

Money Money Money!

One of the greatest football commentary moments. And of course an absolutely perfect assist and goal.

Still gives me goosebumps.

Lacazette passes a medical at Arsenal ahead of a club record £52 million move.

Money Money Money!

They've signed a lot of good players, and also Fabio Borini for some reason.
Interested to see how this season goes for AC, could be a good one. 👍

Milan are still working on signing Conti from Atalanta but they have a bunch of players to offload like Bacca, Montolivo, Lapadula and Kucka. They reportedly put a 30 million Euro price tag on Suso and have been working on getting Kalinic from Fiorentina to partner with Silva.

They've signed a lot of good players, and also Fabio Borini for some reason.
They needed a cheap, experienced striker to be used as depth. Most importantly though, Borini is Italian and he spent at least 3 years in the Italian youth system (Bologna's I think). Serie A teams must have 4 homegrown players and 4 more Italian youth trained players in their 25 man roster.

Rooney is talking with Everton. Seems to me that that is a way better option than being benched by the special one.

Rooney will most likely be a loan move for next season, he hasn't been registered by United for their upcoming US tour.

Messi signs a new deal with Barcelona until 2021, it has a 300 million Euro release clause.

Huddersfield have broken their transfer record three times this Summer, and the window only opened four days ago!

Manchester United is ready to throw a lot of money towards Everton for Lukaku. A lot as in over €100 million.
