I agree, the colours for the past few seasons have made them look like such a back marker team. At least the Green White & Orange was interesting.

They've gone pretty much full on 2010 with that dorsal fin. And that nose looks very odd. The 2016 one with the nostrils looked miles better. Wonder if they'll have something similar come testing, they seemed to do the business last season.

I wouldn't say the livery over the past few seasons has made them "look like a back-marker" (though ultimately what makes a team a back-marker by the livery alone I don't know).

Anyway, little underwhelmed with the VJM10, the Renault and the Sauber are better looking, but the Force India isn't terrible, just a safe livery. A lot more Silver than i expected, and the the 'platypus' nose is longer than I expected too...

I love the fins, but the FI looks like a breadvan now. The fin should be a different colour, or have an accent like the Renaut.

Ah ha, but you see breadvans can, and do look very good, you only have to look at the Citroen SM Breadvan or Ferrari 250 GT breadvan for that

The car looks okay I'd say. Not stunningly beautiful like the Sauber or Renault, but also not ugly. 7/10 from me there.

Edit: Make that a 5/10. The stepped nose ruins the whole front. Also, the nose cone looks... well it looks like either these forks someone posted earlier or a certain body part. Renault, Williams and Sauber are perfectly fine.

First car so far that isn't exciting to look at. Scratch that, it actually feels more like a chore to have to look at it. It took some of the ugliest things about the last few years (phallic nose, step nose) and the ugliest shark fin since the F-Duct days and threw them onto cars that are supposed to be pretty.

Beauty can't exist without the ugly I suppose.

I kind of like the nose. The side piece are painted in a way to look like it has a three tip nose. It looks aggressive. Otherwise yea like I said yesterday they're playing it safe. The shark fin looks like it's exactly as big as it can be to the regulations. Yawn

I wouldnt be surprised if this is the fastest car we have seen so far, but its really disappointing that they didnt at least make up for hideous yet potentially effective bodywork with a better livery. Its even worse this year and last year's livery was already mediocre.
