Interesting that locking up brakes accidentally is, according to FIA, is about as bad as intentionally causing a collision on a championship rival.

Vettels time penalty was about 3 times as much and he got 3 points on his license and what Vettel did didn't take someone out of the race or put anyone in danger. So it seems the FIA take intentional collisions pretty seriously.
