Can you please explain?

They don't have a clutch for normal driving modes, if the car's in gear then the anti-stall will pull the clutch in, if the gearbox has a fault then he's pretty much stuck in that cycle.

F1 looks and drives like a pinnacle motorsports series again. Now we just need the old sound.

You can't have it both ways, why piss energy into the sky? These are state of the art racers, not moto-crossers.

Sarcasm... this is the part of forum talking I dislike, trying to distinguish what is being said in what manner.

And my sacastic moment is ruined by @TenEightyOne :-(

Now I need bourbon

I learnt something there, I had no idea that they could do that!
Nobody knew that it could be done until Palmer binned it at Spa last year. He started rocking back and forth and then took off from what looked like a terminal stall. The other manufacturers figured it out from there.

Kvyat will be out if they can't change the extinguisher.

It's official Australian drivers are cursed at their home GP.

It could be as simple as restarting the electronics, in which case Ricciardo could start from pit lane.

Seems like the cars affiliated with the Red Bulls are becoming the Dead Bulls.

Talented singer.

When did it stop driving like the pinnacle? Cause try as I might I've yet to find any other car come close to f1 lap times.

And Kvyat...he's defintely cursed at Australia

I was just thinking that.

What's that? Three years in a row now, he's had issues before the start of the race?

So that's going to be 1 Red Bull only in Australia for the 3rd year running...

Ricciardo's car was stuck in sixth, Horner says there's a chance he can start from the pit lane.

Danny just climbed back in the car, which was back in the garage.

Ted just said Kvyat was fixed too, just a small fire.

Looks like a pit lane start :-) may we pray to the gearbox gods.

Daniel getting back in the car; might not be over!

EDIT: Battlefield 1 quote seems fitting:

Fredrick Bishop: "You're an Aussie. We're unkillable!"

Kyvat had some flame coming from the exhaust.

When F1 cars started posting slower lap times than they did in the past. I don't remember the exact year.

Starting from pitlane might not be terrible for Ricciardo. In case there's mid pack drama at the first corners, he should be able to avoid easily.

That's happened plenty of times with reg changes, they're still the fastest cars on a track so...guess proper F1 has been around for some time.

Melbourne looks stunning today..
