No one knows disappointment in sports quite like a Lions fan. Hell, we couldn't even implode our old stadium correctly.

Oh well, I'll get mad, say I'm not watching that sorry team anymore, then proceed to repeat the process the following weekend until January.

Panthers have lost Greg Oslen for the foreseeable future, after he re-fractured the same foot that kept him out for most of last season. On top on that, RT Daryl Williams was placed on IR. If it wasn't already, Carolina's O-line is now looking very thin.

Not sure how they did it, but the Bengals managed to win a prime time game. Being a Bengals fan, I still had that feeling we weren't in the clear with a 21 point lead.

Josh Gordon of Cleveland will not play this weekend for Cleveland. In fact, he won't even be in uniform for the "Brons" (or "Bronts"), because he will be released by Cleveland. Cleveland will be at the New Orleans Saints this weekend.

Back on Thursday, it was the other Ohio team doing good at home as Dolph Drago and Eva's Cincinatti Bengals defeating SecretAgentZero's Baltimore Ravens 34-23.

Enjoy the rest of the games on the card for this week, and good luck to all of your favorite teams.

They'll probably trade Gordon before releasing him. I'm not sure why any team would want that trainwreck on their roster though.

20-17, Titans triumph the Texans. That's now, what... eight straight losses for the Houston Texans? Worse of all was wondering what Deshaun Watson was thinking trying to get the Texans to at least field goal range to tie. I predicted 0-2, and that happened. Now it's about trying to win for the first time. Even going back to last season, the Texans have won only one game since I was hospitalized to treat an infection back in November 2017, and that was the game where we hosted the Arizona Cardinals on November 19, 2017. It's too early to go back to Astros baseball or get ready for Rockets basketball. The Texans have to win so they can stop looking like an Expansion Team and more like a team that can actually CONTEND.

Congratulations to all other winners from this week's games. What did your teams do this week?

Minnesota Vikings are now in Search of a new Field Goal/Extra Point kicker.

(As a craigslist posting came up)

Seahawks at Bears TONIGHT!

The NFC is in vogue this Monday Night as the Pacific Northwest's only NFL franchise gets served some Midwestern hospitality by the Chicago Bears. Both teams are currently 0-1 on the 2018 season so far. Pending a tie, Soldier Field will see one or the other improve to 1-1. The Seahawks of the NFC North usually are difficult to beat in their house. The NFC North's Chicago Bears will try to ground the Seahawks as best as they can in the bright lights of Chicago. We'll find out who will win after tonight.

Chicago is favored by 4.5 for this match. The Over/Under for this game is 43 points.

Enjoy tonight's game if you'll be watching!

I like how the Bills are so bad that players are quitting at halftime. That's new levels of a dumpster fire.

Is EVERYTHING a dumpster fire? Popular expression these days here on GTPlanet.

Anyhow... Josh Gordon was traded from the Cleveland "Brons/Bronts" to the New England Patriots. I think Josh Gordon said he would prefer to be traded to an NFC team- especially San Francisco or Dallas. Well, New England is an AFC team.

SEA at CHI still to come later tonight. So get psyched for that one if this game gets you excited.

They also showed their inner Lions/Browns management ability by making the decision to release their best WR/PR which lead to 2 muffed returns in the same game that Vontae Davis retired in during halftime.

The guy is lucky he is still in the league but thinks he can have a say in where he goes? This is why a team desperate for a win still won't keep him despite his talents.

I give Gordon till week 6 before he gets benched and/or suspended.

Also, how bout the Bears? Their offense is still pretty trash but Mack really made that defense.

How do you all like the 2018 NFL season so far? Let's start up Week 3. Teams 2-0 can go 3-0. Some teams are 1-1 at present and can either get a winning record or a losing record. Those 0-2 still can go for their first win of the season. Let's not forget how many teams have ties/draws to their record. There is still a lot to be determined as the latest set of games are set to unfold. Here are some of the matches slated for this week of action:

THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL WK. 3: NYJ Jets at CLE Browns
SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL WK. 3: NE Patriots at DET Lions
MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL WK. 3: PIT Steelers at TB Buccaneers

Plenty of action to come, so get ready for the new set of games!

Now Antonio Brown is MIA from the Steelers. This team

I'm glad I have Conner and Schuster on my fantasy team, sounds like they'll both continue to get an uptick in production.

The Vikings are favored by 17 points over the Bills and apparently it's the biggest margin they've ever been favored.

So yeah, the Bills are winning by 20.

Jets are absolute garbage. That win over Detroit was a fluke. 1-15 here they come.

Ah, yes... the Cleveland Browns defeated Blitz24's New York Jets 21-17. So we can call the Browns the Browns again! They got that "W!" First win in 635 days for the Cleveland Browns. Up next for Cleveland... at Oakland.

I don't see how Tyrod can get back on the field after Baker put the "W" back in Browns.

Elsewhere, Monday night showcases Fitzmagic. The only question is how soon he fizzles out.
