I didn't think of that. The time only ran out when I was near the end of the straight, I wasn't thinking about it until I crossed the line and realised I was stuck.

Welp. Put 80ish laps between the M4, F50 and the Suora 19'. Pretty consistent on all of them, Supra lookee quite good. Got a 1;04:280 on the F50. Just before I called it a day, I gave another shot to the SFR... Second lap 1:03:800, third lap 1:04:200 (so even this would beat my F50 30 laps training best 
). Obvious a waste of two hours, so just turned of the telly and went to bed.
I hate these races where one is so much better than the other cars.. ....But I will still try sending the F50 YOLO!!!!
My best times with it are hard to reproduce because I do a lot of V corners instead of tight holding inside like the Supra and the SFR can do but yeah.
But I thought onlyast slot counted? If not I might try differents as well!

I'm racing to watch my replays. Not often we get a race such as this run-whatchu-brung. We don't even get anything like this for the Daily Races.

Went to enter. Knew I wasn't exactly fast here, but who knows what can happen. 5 minute wait for matchmaking then a disconnect. That's 2 competition entries in a row. Maybe it is good I can't be bothered practicing

Disconnected again. Every ****ing time this season I have disconnected from Nations slot 1.
It is the only slot in Oceania that is worth any points so I have no chance of a good result this season. Winning slot 2 or 3 will get you the equivalent points of a P6 in first slot.
Just abysmal server quality, I've lost count of the amount of times I have disconnected this season.

Disconnected for me too. Also disconnected for some people I know who've never had server issues before... don't believe anyone actually made it in. The servers continue to get worse...
Edit: Scratch that, people did make it in. McEwen's streaming the top split on twitch with a room of 18. Third or fourth split has 16, another one around that level had 18. No idea who made it into my usual second split... maybe everyone got disconnected from the second split?

Got my Xbow and there's another with an M4, Supra and Yaris. No idea what the rest are using.
D19 and quali was totally wasted, giving loads of space then everyone stops at the straight and I end up with a slow idiot right in front. So I fall to the back, but now only manage 2 fast laps in an enraged state. Q18 from 19 and the other Xbow is behind me. He's saying he thinks he has the wrong car, I know this is the best for me it's just I'm not good at these races.
Straight up to 7th at 1st then punted to 15th at the 2nd. Raced hard to get back to 11th, but it wasn't a good race.
The meta car seem meta looking at best lap times, all those sheep had 1:04s and all of us rebels were in the 1:05s. I couldn't get anything out of it though. Well done for OZ and undecided about the others, I do FIA cos the racing is fun and that race just wasn't for me.

I made it in with @05XR8
Wish I hadn’t. Nothing good to say about the race except that 05xr8 brought a 71 Mustang with the coolest livery.
My new most hated thing in the world is swerve blocking in braking zones. Just unreal. Dropped back to DR B for the first time in months. Really unimpressed.

Sorry y'all. Must have been me because, I actually made it in no probs.
One Supra and one M4. Majority of S-FRs di 4 second qualy. Thought they'd be dipping 3s I think the pole sitter and P2 did 3 seconds in the race as well. I qualified 6 seconds flat and all 6s for the whole race. No tyre dramas. Race flat out.
Start was good. I was right with the pack until the M4 spun off and I was in the path of getting T-boned. Got disconnected from the rest of the pack after a few laps.
Finished 10 seconds behind the M4. P1 was 40 seconds ahead. Might have b en closer if I didn't get collected.
Siad I'll try the Pantera next. Might go the Crown. That's a low 5 second car. Could also just hurry and do the 365GTB4 in case I get disconnected for the final slot.

Finally was still awake and got in. Find myself with @ShiftingGears @Erebus_9 and @ClanFever
Running the S-FR, but not sure I should have, but anything can happen. Door 17, messy qually as I just cant get that final turn anywhere near correct. Q12. At the start someone false starts and I'm up to p10, then we hit turn 1 and the run to turn 2 as it becomes all bumper cars. @ShiftingGears ends up with a penalty from me getting rear ended into him amd him ping ponging into something else. He serves it and we settle into a pack of GTP members. I'm third in the line. We have a non GTP guy at the front of the group, but anytime someone gets alongside he doesnt leave room and runs you wide. He got me once and he got the others a few times each I think.
About lap 7 or so I think I have room but it was @ShiftingGears taking a wider entry for late apex and I end up bumping him wide, @ClanFever comes with me. A couple laps later I screw up the final turn (again) and 1 gets by, I let the other back past to apologize for my ugly move. Try to lap to the end but get sloppy and drop back a bit where another regular decides to use his usual 2 wheels on the grass shove me out of the way pass. But it was probably going to happen eventually.
Not a very exciting race once it gets going, especially as a 1 make. Blah. 2 M4s and a Supra make up the podium. I was still lapping faster in the ugly frog with weight than in the Supra in free practice, so probably about what I could have done.

Solid performer. Hard a good start, but the slow S-FRs kept me from advancing. An A90 got a better start behind me.
Anyway, two dirty players that muccled me, got punted off mid and late race by others that saw the altercations.
Was A/S, bumped down to B/S I guess for points loses. Using the 996 for the final slot.

Here we go. Got slightly out of rhythm because P2 went off ahead of me for out last qualy lap. Oh well.
Edit: Rocket start. I was just about P1 into T1. I gave P2 room as it was on the inside. P2 gets acceleration on exit. I take the outside through the ess. P4 and I think pole sitter run up my side and send me wide.
Later, P6 does the same at the hairpin before the straight. Like come on, give room! I'm sending him on holiday.
That slows me a bit and allows MSF to have a go for my 3rd position. I've raced this player alot and no harm to let him through easily.
From there, the Vantage is behind me. I'm pushing to make up on MSF and start to fade by not being smooth. Vantage gets a run on the hairpin. Of course, chooses to run me wide.
And then, slices in front of me placing the car on my nose. Guess he wanted a holiday too.

I watched the replay. One of the guys (outs himself as English in his username) was a repeat offender. He pushed two of us off at turn 3 lap 1 and proceeded to be slow and dirty for the remainder of the race.
I was super impressed with the Ferrari’s pace. I didn’t get a chance to do any meaningful practice and in the 20 minutes before entering I couldn’t keep the power cars pointing forwards, so I stuck with the SF-R for both slots. In the end I may as well have thrown a golf cart around the track for 17 minutes. Twice.

Found this by chance at lunchtime when trying to find a decent video about the round today - absolutely laughing my ass off with the guys comments about the Toyota Tundra truck driver (MeganTrucking ) racing against SFRs
