This is EPIC!! The final battle: Audi vs. Peugeot! Come on Audi you're almost there!

And Signantech is in second place, come on they can keep up, come on #26!!!

YouTube has both crashes on the front page of their Auto section. Both were as bad as eachothers in my opinion.

The second crash . . . forgive me for not remembering the driver's name : 3 hours sleep in the last 24hrs is starting to drain my gray matter . . . anyway the second was worse ( in my opinion ) as he hit the wall with nothing having slowed him down, albeit at an angle.

But did you see the amount of damage to the safety fence?

The first one had violent tumbling and car parts flying into a group of unprotected people, so yeah scary stuff too!!!

Mike Rockenfeller was driving the #1 R18 at the time. Smashed 20 feet of the armco, too.

Less than 7 seconds between first and second, after 23.5 hours. Shows just how closely matched these two cars are.

(On that note, I wonder if we'll still see the traditional last lap, or if both teams are going to go for it right up until the end.)

On that, the race will finish with a full race pace and will only do the celebration lap after take the chequered flag...

Show them why all they manufacture is crappy econo-boxes while Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm manufacture fine machines!

haha, I like this, mainly because it's been a real while since Peugeot made something with some flavour. Anyway, this last ~half hour will be amazing.

Dr. Ulrich is seemingly in a good mood. Rain won't stop the Audi now, until it's really starting to pour down. Got the new tyres and the higher downforce will help, too.

Aww Andrea Robertson is going to take the chequered flag for the Robertson Racing team. Not a bad anniversary gift there:P
