Ardius do you know the date for the Australian GP yet? Are we having a race every 2 days?

I'll post it in a sec, were going to try and stick to every Sunday as it seems the best time at the moment.

Every Sunday is great. Thanks for posting up the Melbourne stuff, we're having it in the rain?

Hopefully i can use my G25 this race, I know the circuit quite well.

Rain, in Melbourne, noooo . Its my best track but I do very little in the rain.

As for races every Sunday, its ok for awhile but when I go back to college I'll hardly be able to make it then, but thats a good few weeks away.

OOOOPS , sorry guys , I did not shut off the AI , hope it did not cause any problems.

I started P3. Unfortunately, I was bumped on the back on T1. As result, I ended P15. I got hit in the rear end again on T5, luckily no damage to the car. After the second incident, I was P22. I had to drive through all of them (AIs) and when I was P10 got blinded right at the braking zone coming at full speed from the long straight at T1, wrecking my car. I ended up again P22.

It was a good race from there. I enjoyed it very much.-

I was ahead of you with 1.5 laps left and went wide somewhere in sector 3, doh! I also was about to catch you and Vdub a 2nd time when I got a totally bogus corner cut penalty on T5. (that was lap 16 or 17 iirc).

I remember that, you got the Penalty on T6.

Ok, updated the tables, the NTSC table has really been turned around!
Biggest changes:
Fastduck up from 3rd to 1st and ahead by a decent margin.
ImaginebyLennon up from 9th to 7th, leapfrogging 3 people.
RACECAR flying up the table from 11th to 5th and only a few points away from the leaders.

There is two clearly defined groups appearing, both are quite close together right now on points.
As for the NTSC teams, Williams has just blown away their 2 closest current rivals, Shaguar and Lofus and taken the lead on points.

On the PAL side, there aren't too many surprising changes, with Appie jumping up to 2nd in the championship and Shaggy Alonso dropping from 2nd to 6th.
On the teams side, Aguri returns to dominant form again, taking Jordan off the top spot and Williams jumps to 3rd, though only by 1 point and virtue of race wins.

Sorry to all, & especially my team-mate, for missing the Sepang race. I was looking forward to it, but arrived back late from my (brief) trip to Europe, exhausted & sick. Hopefully will be there at Melbourne (my worst track :yuck:)

I'm 5th in the points? Wow, I placed better then I thought

Of course not, I should apologies to you it was a choice between getting in your way or Sureshot's and I chose you, but only because it was Sureshots first race and I thought he deserved a bit of luck, no hard feelings. :nervous:

That's kind of you. :)

Penalties for me only existed in the form of my own driving, I was pushing it. Did get into some rhythm towards the end, silly mistakes though, really silly.

X2. I've always been slow at Melbourne, mainly because of Sector 3. Do you guys run full wets or inters for wet races? I need to get practicing as I don't have much time in wet conditions yet.

So anyone that's been practising, what sort of laptimes have you been throwing down at melbourne in light rain?

HA HA 1.34s for best, but I suck in rain. I CANT SEE!!! :scared:

I know what some are thinking, Yes I suck in the dry as well..But believe it or not I'm even WORSE in the rain. LOL

I was really surprised at myself, I hate Melbourne and I really hate the rain and I managed to get a really quick lap of 1:32.169...over a second quicker than everyone else on medium, so I think I might have a better chance that I thought in the next race.

Also, I have actually sorted out the traction control problem. Basically, it was on TC 1 and when I changed it after the Bahrain race, it didn't save and so consequently it happened on Malaysia as well, which is annoying because I know I could have got a podium. But oh well, the past is the past and now I must look forward and make sure I score some good points in Melbourne.

What about everyone elses times?

Ha, I can say that too:dunce:. Haven't gotten a chance yet, but I am going to run a 20 lapper online practice tonight before the BCS game if anyone is interested. 👍

I think at best, I wast doing 1'32s. Even managed to pull off a 1'31 if I recall. I'm very quick at Melbourne in the dry after I did an entire Grand Prix weekend (before the power went out) and never raced it in the wet until me and VDUB did pratice race on it. Very tricky the first two laps as The Reference points are difficult enough in the dry , but I started flying the rest of the way. I'm abit nervious though as Claimity corner now has the dangerous element of rain and I'm not sure many of us have decent experiance in the rain.
