PURE's pace in that race was sublime, very surreal watching them pretty much dominate in such a unified way. Regardless of that though, my alliance lies with WSGTC, so....

GOOO TEAM WSGTC!

Considering I can easily run mid 11's, I'm a bit past miffed my internet's being a 🤬 hole.

Live steam died on me on the final lap .

Immortal was pulling in tony I think his name was , who got 2nd place ?

Saw a crazy pass in the early laps by the winner , they went 3 wide on the straight .

Awesome race .

Immortal looks like you had fastest lap.

Don't know what happened with the stream at the end:confused:
Think I lost my wifi internet connection on my laptop for a little while

Immortal got tony by 1.1 at the finish

I was gutted not to see the end of the final, strong finish IMMORTAL was great watching you reel them back in after your lap 13 mistake, congrats mate 👍

I drove appallingly that race, wasn't helped by the on-track conduct by some others though. Oh well, life goes on.

Either way, congrats to PURE.

Just remember to keep the complaints in PM's guys. 👍
Tony went wide entering the backstretch, didn't have a shot once he did that.

He might have had a shot not had he been stuffed by IMMORTAL lap 1. Funny.

I'm restreaming the recording of the race while it uploads in bettter quality to youtube.

Anyone's welcome to come to my channel in Twitch.tv linked in my sig to re-watch it.

Ok I've calmed down now, apologies to anyone I caused any problems for during the race.

"Hydro's in a PURE Sandwich"
LMAO!!! I was thinking the exact same thing as it happened live
So I just got out of the way :D

Great win by Team PURE! 👍

Thanks Guys 👍 The event was a success I think. :gtpflag:

A big thank you to the marshals, streamers and the drivers. I wouldn't hesitate to join any of the series represented in this event today (Not that many of them would have me :sly:).

Here are the preliminary results pending review:

Note: BiffyClyro drove for Remy_K in the final.

Thanks WRP for the race. AIWJT was off quite a bit. Seems like I need a secret tune of some sort. Thanks to all the guys behind the scenes also. 2.11ers' were too quick for us. Great run guys, you are top shelf quick. Props.

Great event, Great organizing, Absolutely Great....Thanks to the marshalls & streamers and to tim and marc for organizing everything.....👍

I just wanted to say thanks to all the organizors & to Wardez for the entertaining commentary

Btw, what's the "x" next to my result?

Not sure if I did this correctly. Should be Semi-Final room B replay. NTSC:

Replay

I think you need to move the replay to the public folder in drop box. You will need to zip the entire folder and post that (if you haven't already).

Kudos to 3D3 for hosting the event! 👍

Great effort by Team WSGTC, but congrats to PURE for the win! And WSGTC Veteran Aderrrm for the race wins

+1 👍

Just watched some of Wardez's stream. Awesome stuff. :D Just to clarify the ballast thing with TA's car, we were running 1130 kg all the time, and that Calsonic was brand new from the dealer!

I'd definitely be up for something like this again.

Working on it.. Speedy sent me a bit of a tutorial. Not having much luck, but I will figure it out.

Actually, I ended up getting a fully broken in Calsonic from Welsh just a few minutes before the race. I figured you intended to set me up for failure with your un-broken in GT-R :sly: JK of course mate

Regarding my ballast - Yea I was running 1130kg in both races, it just wasn't until after the first race that I realized that my ballast position was set at 0, which seemed detrimental to the pace and front tire wear - so for the 2nd race I moved it all the way to the back which seemed to help a bit. Unfortunately my tire wear was quite horrible regardless (I think from running such an unusually high ride height & no real prior testing), so in the 2nd race after having gambled on a early pit stop (after having a rather disasterious lap 1), trying to stretch some 13 or 14 laps on the 2nd stint was just far too much, particularly on my setup. Then I found out after the race that my car had dropped to 499hp (I'm not really sure when this happened), because I was too ignorant to do an oil change (which was icing on the cake)

Of course I'm the king of excuses, but you certainly drove brillantly today (which is typical) and most likely would have still beat me even if I didn't face such an uphill battle :dopey:

great racing with everyone today, now I know how slow I am. congrats PURE on winning this event. hopefully I'll be able to join you guys more after this last race in gamesta's series in one of the customer cars there. Got a lot to improve on to get somewhat closer to your guy's pace.

Here's a Youtube upload of the finale. I'm gonna upload the Semi right now as well.

I just edited on Youtube so it'll take a while for it to process the edits in which I trimmed out all the fluff from the feed. Start it at around 30 minutes for the race start and stop watching around 1:20.
