500pp Club. Closed

A fun session last night. Even if I did turn up late to the party.
Now comes the difficult part, where I have to select 8 drivers for the 16th. if anyone can't make the 16th please let me know, you'll be making my life easier.
Now to check the six replays. It felt like a lot more.

Tonight sees a normal 500pp race at trial mountain. With lap times around 1:37-1:40 possible depending on your car/skill. This will be the last 500pp race in gt5 unless there is demand for me to hold one in December.

Once I have my work schedule for 2014 I intend to put a list of dates for the year, which I can host the races. I feel it's a level of organisation which is currently lacking and would be beneficial to all, moving forward.

We have moved from daylight saving so the 16.00 should be correct for our 20.00. This is when the lounge opens. Racing starts at 20.30(16.30 for you) with a 15 minutes grace period which is used if we know some is coming, but not there already. So you have a little extra time, potentially, to play with.
Just let me know either way.

My best lap time is 1:39.1xx and if it is a normal rs200 it should be fine. It's not a concept model or the rally version if I remember correctly.

In a little over a week 500pp club will participate in a club vs club event. It's taken quite some organisation and I would like to thank everyone who has taken part in any of the evenings In the lead up to the event. Your input had been invaluable and part of what makes all the races entertaining.

I have had the difficult task of selecting 8 drivers for this race. I would like to have everyone there but unfortunately that isn't possible. I am only choosing from drivers who attended the selection evening.

That has not happened yet so there are no friends on it.

On a personal note:
Since I was born in Newmarket England, and lived in Soham, there is a special place in my heart for England. My Mother is English and my Father, from San Antonio, was in the Air Force stationed there and after a few pints and some dancing, well here I am. I consider England as much a home as I do the US. Can't wait to get back there again. I miss it.

If you do not use ReadyOrNot_2 online you will not be able to have 16 in the room the max amount will be 15 that is allowed, as GT5 counts the room owner as been in the room even if they are offline.

In other words if you use your Obi-Tonobi profile it will only allow 15 in the room, not the maximun 16 if you race in ReadyOrNot_2's lounge.

Just seen this Gary would it be possible to go on reserve, looks fun.

Its been tested a while a go with full rooms, the 16 th person cannot join.

I think that is correct. I have a countdown timer in the op of this thread, which might be worth looking at if you or your team need any more reassurance.

With things as they are at this late stage, the best I can offer is a reserve position.
I'm sure you'll appreciate that I should give priority to those that have been involved in more of the run up to this event.
