Is nobody watching the practice sessions for the F1 this weekend? That’s what I’d be doing if I had the day off.

That's precisely why I won't be on track for thext hour and a half :D

Who am I kidding, I'd be watching it at work too...

All the best
Maz

Mightily slow compared to some of the times but my best - race in free air 2'20.387, not bad for D4 on the pad!

Just too many good races today with far to many people to mention, you know who you are :)

Andy

My first time racing online in months. Was very rusty at first but got a bit better. Was really good fun though, thanks guys.

Matt.

Thanks for the fantastic races today Dan, Heiko, Andy, Phil, CT, TMGuardian_FINN, KOR_Hellrazor, KOR_Dillinger

Best free run for me from the last time this event ran: 2'1x.xxx

I'm sure I can take a tenth or two off that with a few more days on this 👍

All the best

Nice racing yesterday evening guys 👍 tho I had to swap the BB for the Aston to keep my wheels on track most of the time :D

Good racing is going on right now.
Ran a new pb in clean air: 2'16.965 :)

Edit: Wait, make that 2'16.904 (total race time 11'33.133)

I'll probably join you guys a little later on. After the new event update I'm stuck with two great events to choose from (800PP Fuji and 550PP Suzuka) :sly: Which always makes transitioning from the two extremes a bit difficult :scared:

Wow, this has really brought out the best in GT5P onine racing again. Had unforgettable races with Jack, PASM, DanHyperKermit, Timeattack, Alexi, Eriba, EDK and Superwally today. Breathtaking 3-wide situations into turn 1 and Casio, what a thrill. I think this could now easily be called the best event we've had in GT5P.

It's a little bit of a shame others who popped in to race a 512BB didn't share the same etiquette. Honestly, is it really satisfying to win a race by pushing your closest competitor into the grass on the run up to 130R? Or edging them off the road in Casio?

New best freerun lap: 2'1x.xxx 2'1x.xxx. Hoping for more than a microscopic improvement over the coming weeks.
New best lap in race with slipstream: 2'1x.xxx

All the best

Thanks for the races you two

Just did a new PB in free air: 2'16.xxx . Can definitely see a few tenths more if I can get a better run through T1 👍 Did that lap off a rather crappy 1'00.2xx T1

Hi guys I think I have a race tune. I'm feeling brave and I'll just post it, it probably sucks.

Help is welcome.

They are all just trying to depress us  ... successfully!

Well if this helps to bring your spirits up, I was using your tune :sly:

Haven't had time to try any others yet or to produce my own though...so can't say how it compares :)

No buddy, that does *NOT* bring my spirits up half an inch!!! It robs me of my last excuse :scared:

 kidding oc, it is good news in a way, shows the tune can't be that miserable, I bet you'll find a tweek or two for sure, but I won't worry about that until I'm not better than 1,5s off your pace! Practice.... practice....

I'd say your tune is pretty damn solid Ren 👍

Just did a few laps in free run and came up with a new PB- 2'1x.xxx (replay saved) 👍

Had another crap T1 though: 1'00.164 (slow through T1 and degner 1/2). T2 wasn't all that stellar either.

I'd say my limit with the current tune is probably about a 2'1x.xxx...maybe a 2'1x.xxx with some luck 👍 I'm not sure how much is left in the tune if anything atm. Will do some testing later...
