Can't race today, just bought a new toy, for "real" racing. My new project for track days and Marque-Racing class!
So I'm more occupied running around the new baby and making plans of what needs to be done!!! First thing is clear: fitment of a proper suspension and eliminating the wanna-be-a-low-rider setup 
. Besides that a beauty in mint condition without any stuff-ups! Pics on profile if you wanna see....

A few good races but unfortunately this connection nonsense is beginning to make it unplayable. I don't want to sit around for 20mins rematching only to be placed in a grid of 2 or 3 cars and I'm sure there are many more who feel the same. Unless PD get this sorted, I'll be sticking to WRS and time trials, and if they don't get it sorted by the time GT5 comes out .......

Bought ps slim saterday. Took A class licence yesterday. Not much to say about slim, its small and quiet And I think it look better then big one, Like the matt finnish, unlike phat version, you dont have to polish it every day for it to look good.

That is saying a LOT, my PS3 is big, and really, really LOUD. When the fan comes on (all the time!) the volume goes up.
My PS3 use to be quiet, then it blew up...

My old phat one was louder in its last days to..REALLY loud! But comparing two new models of phat and slim, it isnt that much difference. Just hope there isnt more gears in the fan

No Mr V. the matching issues have made me not rush to switch the system on and get online. Its such a shame as it is ruining a wonderful event. I'll try come online tonight. Have to run out for about 2hrs or so

I'm going to try and get on in about an hour, if the powers that be let me!
EDIT: just had a couple of races with no matching issues. More interestingly, I had now creating race instead of now joining race for the first time since the update and was on pole as if I was hosting. I could be wrong and maybe just haven't seen it lately but could this mean the end of the rather abysmal experiment by PD to host races themselves and back to the system we had before? I keep my fingers crossed!
