Woo hooo !

I can't believe i'm still in the first place. To be in front of BMWteamPTG by 0:00.301 after 5 laps, talk about a close one ... ouf. Imagine be able to see all members bykes on the track at the same time. Would it be so amazing ?

I'm having really good times driving with all of you, great job everybody 👍 That was my favorite track, and it toke me lot's of practice to be able to be that fast. Can't wait for the next one. Hopes this will go till the 10 races.

What are you guys using to calculate your times? I've tried using excel but it keeps rounding up the miliseconds to 1 decimal place and won't let me increase the decimal places beyond that. :(

Yikes! What a crazy weekend! I know I said the deadline was Sunday night, but I need to input my times, which I recorded mid-week last week, and I'm at work with out my paper.

So anybody who still needs to input times you have until tonight. Then I will score everyone's points and update the leaderboard.

Looks good so far!

I think all you do is add all the seconds together, you'll get something like 94.000 seconds, so you subtract 60 from that, and get 34, now because you took off 60 seconds, add a minute to all of the laps minute totals combined.

well, I think I'll have one more bite of the cherry and get a time in:) maybe

Paul

got ther at last, dropped a gear too much on last lap, last corner:(

Warmup lap 1:18.765
Lap1 1:18.578
Lap2 1:18.559
Lap3 1:19.036
Lap4 1:18.628
Lap5 1:19.146

Total 6:33.947

To calculate with excell Tailslide this is what you should do :

Right click, format cell, custom, scroll down till you see this format mm:ss.0
click on type: and delete the first m and add 00 at the end. So you now have this format m:ss.000

The problem should be resolve now. :)

Cheers Sync that worked a treat, I knew there was a way of using excel to calculate the times. 👍
Good luck with your series fellas.

i just want to congradulate sync on grabbin first place, and good race to the rest of you all. lets keep this going strong!

good luck on Laguna!!!

Yeah, congrats on taking race 1 sync! And well done to everyone else who submitted a time.

I have a feeling I won't be as high as 3rd in race 2 - not enjoying Laguna Seca much - I'm running consitant mid-high 1'28's and some low 1'29's but can't stop falling off during the 5 flying laps. Usually "screw up" at the corkscrew unsurprisingly. How's everyone else doing?

My times will be in tomorrow as I'm going away for a few days - that'll give you lot something to aim for/destroy!

Thank's everybody. As for Laguna Seca, i'm running low 1.28 and high 1.27

1.26 on this one, not for me  And i think if someone can pull together low 1.27 will win this one. Kepp up the good work everybody, they are lot's of hard works to do till this series comes to the end.

And again mrslick151. I know it's taking times and works to keep this series up to date. But we are all having good times and we all appreciate it. Thank's you 👍

Okay, my times for Laguna Seca with the Triumph Daytona 650 RM:

Warm up lap: 1'29.232
Lap 1: 1'28.659
Lap 2: 1'28.486
Lap 3: 1'28.547
Lap 4: 1'28.152
Lap 5: 1'28.524

Total for 5 laps = 7'22.368

Good luck everyone!

is there any chance we could have race threads in the gt4 long race series or the TT main forum? one big thread makes it harder to keep up with.

Going to skip this round, been busy with league racing and havent had time to get 5 clean laps in, cya's at next round:)

I haven't had any time to practice at all. It seems my playing time is slumping off. These are the times I have been able to link together.

Lap 1- 1'29.034
Lap 2- 1'29.467
Lap 3- 1'29.888
Lap 4- 1'30.023
Lap 5- 1.29.803

I just wanted to post my times for this week. I'll edit in a total later when i have the chance to compile a total.

Here's my times in the zx-6r rm #55:

warm-up: 1.33.302
lap 1: 1.30.703
lap 2: 1.31.389
lap 3: 1.31.519
lap 4: 1.30.014
lap 5: 1.31.817

total: 7.35.442

great racing to everyone. best of luck on Midfield next sunday.

count me out of this series. Its pretty obvious our 1'27" running friends are cutting the corkscrew. Only way I could get below a 1'30" on Laguna Seca without cutting the corkscrew is on an 8h bike.

consistent 1'31"s seem to be the norm for running a clean lap on the 600s without cutting the course.

Replay rule should have been put into effect for this series.

I know this track is really hard but, no i'm not cutting the corkscrew. First and last corner are the key for this race believe me. BTW with a 8h bike i'm running mid 1:25

Maybe you can try differents way to take corners. Outside, inside, outside is not always the best way to take corners. A good setup, set gear for low top speed, and a good ridding form for be able to go fast on slow corners.

saying "count me out of this series" is to easy to say, keep working on this track, i know you will be able to reach thoses lap times and maybe better. :)

podium positions should have to provide a replay, not saying anything dodgy is goin on but more for the reason I'd like to see those times for myself and maybe learn something from them. I could only manage 1:30's. get those replays posted as I like to watch how others laps have gone no matter what your time.

agreed. specially since usb flash cards are "cheapish".

I only have a crappy video card to save my best times. Only one lap make a big 89 mg file. I did save one fast lap. Can someone tell me where i can put it so everyone can see it. And i make 2 mystakes, touching a bit the sand, i lost maybe a total of half a second. But it's in the 1:27. Thank's for the answer.
