700PP Racing car Super Lap: Circuit de la Sarthe 2013

Thanks to SW_10 for his tune!!
I was finally able to get gold on this race. After days of red laps and several different cars I was able to use the 905B with SW_10's tune and some practice to get gold (by the skin of my teeth 3:14.849)
Not sure if my nerves can handle going back to this race to try to get a better time, I kind of do want to try the 2J with kossie's tune.

Am I the only here who drives faster with the 2J? and not with the LM And the Pesca ?

I got my beau231 account on the board with a 3:04.0 with the 2J but to me the 2J is no match for the LMP1 cars

Well, it'll give the LMPs a heck of a fight at 650. 700, not really.

One would normally think that a more recent car will outrun an old one. With that logic, am a bit surprised that the Peugeot 908 does not seem to be among the top cars in this tt, even though everyone was talking about the 905. Does anyone have much luck with the 908?

The 908 is great on corners, but the acceleration on Mulsanne isn't as fast as other cars.

Successful in the GT-One and found it was a stronger car than the 787B. Next up I'll try the 92 Nissan R92CP.

The Nissan R92CP was not a problem either. I still think the GT-One has the most potential of the 3 but to be fair to the Nissan my setup was much less than ideal.


I'm curious what "other" cars are capable of gold in the hands of this old unskilled driver?

I can play for an hour or so per week. I only have one kid so I guess I am the lucky one. lol

Even with lots of playmates and hookers around you, eventually you will get sick of it and want to settle down. I went though all that in my 20s and now I kinda regret it, should've start my family earlier so I can have more time to play now. So yea it does go both ways.

This thing is sending me around the bend, got a 3. 11.6
but did so many laps I had to keep changing the oil [robbed me of 30hp] Tried many cars but keep coming back to the
Pesca. Tried Kossie's tune on the 2j don't think I finished a lap. But being hopeless I'll be back tomorrow.

No, you're not. 3 with a 2J in front of you. Fastest is currently #37 (Australia) "beau231" with a 3:04,018 (2,667 seconds faster than you).

That's why I have no wife or girlfriend I think......

If you can't remember and learn a short (and famous) track like this one within the hour, I wish you good luck for making it for the top 250 in the 2J, but I guess you would not make it to the top 1.000 and I bet a sixpack of your favourite that you will NEVER get anywhere close to the top 250 (regardless of the car)!

Bloody hell, I got the Evo down to 3.10.8 but went a pubic hair wide on one corner but now I can't
get back there.

Just did 3.10.083,decided to be a lot smoother and now I know there is more. Got to go see a doctor then I'll be back. (Like Arnie).

I found a tune on here, will look for it for you. Down to 3.05.3 and left at least 1 sec out there.
