Having raced against Harry in the MRF Challenge last season, I'd like to see him and the JOTA team pick up the W in the LMP2 class. Such a classy kid.

Rob Leupen is at the German Eurosport commentators booth and he said that they can't really celebrate that.
Toyota considers three cars for 2015 by the way.

OK in the grand scheme of things it is pretty rubbishy by all accounts. But given the fact they have been third best all over most of France to Audi and Porsche they can consider 4th a strong place. Given the luck they have had I am surprised they are not with the Prost/Beche/Heidfeld Rebellion car.

Porsche 919: a really expensive demonstration of why V4 engines totally suck.

What motorcycles like Hondas have been proving this for years have they???

Well done Audi. The competition will have to come back alot stronger if they're going to beat Team Joest they're a class act. Wonder if they've been shooting Truth In 24 III.

Audi 1-2.

Jota are doing amazingly well this year. First in the ELMS and now here. Seems like their form in the ELM at Silverstone and Imola was no fluke. I thought when Gene went to Audi they wold struggle but with Dolan/Tinknell/Turvey they have been consistent for so long. They have always bee in the running at the top of LMP2.

Well by that definition nobody would've worked for it cus all the LMP1 cars had problems.
The #8 Toyota ran trouble free, it was only in the pits because a Ferrari rammed it off the track.
The TS040 is pretty reliable, the issue in the #7 was something Toyota never experienced before.

#20 Porsche retired.
