Why do the rear break lights flicker left/right on the GT cars ? ... And the way/speed they flicker differs in straight lines and turns/corner's ?

Just my two cents but it might be the camera. Brake lights and indicators flicker in videos I've seen.

Actually, they do blink all the time, but in a freaking high frequency, so our eyes don't notice it.

On your TV, you do notice it due to the frame rate in which the cameras works.
