Weve been joking about Nissan being slow, but they were the same speed as the Strakka.
They set a night lap 2 seconds quicker than the KCMG lap record, and they're most definitely ticking round better than the Constant Last-placed Misery. It's in no way a good car now, but it's not dangerously off the pace, and it definitely has got faster.

While all that was happening, the #17 Porsche has got back ahead of the #9 Audi. The 919 was steadily reeling the R18 e-tron in, but I don't know if it was a pass on the circuit or in the pits.

When it's 111 laps behind the leader, that's fairly elementary.

I think its improved 12 seconds in the past 2 weeks, does that sound right?

Still going here. Been up since 5:30am my time, almost 1am now. Just firing up some GTA Vice City on my PS3 to keep me occupied. :dopey:

Edit: Both remaining Nissan's back on track.

Since the first test, about. That was in the damp, but with the setup changes they've gained about 5 seconds in raw pace.

The thing that has made me angry is that as I said I set to record all the sessions from my Virgin Media EPG. Nowhere on it did it show on it that it would be switching back and forth from Eurosport and Eurosport 2. So I won't see all the action. Not as much as I hoped.
Well in the tv schedule they said that it would air yesterday from 9pm - 9:30pm or 9:30pm - 10pm, but that's it. After that the schedule said that there will be just the live broadcast from the race till the checkered flag. Also 24h minutes is always longer than the planned 30 minutes.

I wish I could gain some time in oyr GTAcademy nissan. 25th isnt quite good enough.

#64 Corvette straight into the pits after near miss with the #48 Murphy. It appears to be a scheduled stop, but there may be light bodywork damage on the left rear of the #48.

Are there any P2 cars that haven't had some sort of incident? The only ones I don't specifically recall seeing with issues are the G-Drive cars.

Glad the #64 C7R was cleared on the pit exit controversy.

I think I may very well be done here. Started at 9:30am and now it's 3:04am... and lots of beers later (well 8 Spaten Optimators anyway). Exhausted, wifes mad, yeah... time for bed.

Gnite Y'all. Go #corvetteracing and anyone but Audi for the overall.
