Hour 9 Lap Analysis

- looked like the #22 hit a sheep shaped object.

So 5 laps behind the distance record at this point of the race so will need to gain around 17 minutes over 250 laps at roughly 4 seconds per lap for the next 15 hours

And the #23 stops on track

Whatever it was it was very solid. WEC stream don't see much on front of Nissan though.

Nissan are have a very eventful race so far... and only just over nine hours in...

To be fair they've gone a lot further than most people expected them to. I still stand by one car finishing, maybe two.

Well they didn't showed any car going around the track with a missing tire. So I guess he didn't hit a tire, but are there even badgers in Le Mans?

You always just see #22 and #23.

- If they do 17 laps per hour for the rest of the race they will get to 396.

- Need to do some more 18 lap hours. We did have one in Hour 5, so it is still technically possible, but it won't happen now, the margin has gone.

Hard to say. Could it be a backpack? I don't see how an animal that seemingly large could get on the track with armco everywhere.

Pretty sure the commentator just said the LMP1 cars are comfortably north of 250mph.
