I've been hearing "comfortably north of 200", which looks about right. The Porsche on-board showed 328 km/h. I'll have to convert the numbers on that to be sure, though.

I think he meant 215MPH as 250MPH is 405KPH and the last car to do that at Le Mans was the WM Peugeot that soon overheated and blew up.

200 mph are roughly 320 kph, the Audis have done over 340 kph.

I'm pretty sure they could achieve similar speeds even with the chicanes, but the gearing and aero necessary would slow 'em down too much on the rest of the track and most likely break the rules.

They are running 3rd and 6th in class so they could still be a threat at the end.
