Yup, even though the teams I'm rooting for, Toyota and Corvette, haven't had a good race. There's still 9:55 hours left in the race, and still anything can happen. I remember one year, with like 2 hours left of the race, the LMP2 started dropping like flies.
I remember one year that the leader dropped in the last 2 minutes. Oh wait... Lol, yeah we've been cheering for the same cars then.

Me and my brother usually look the spotters guide and each put the chips on a few cars in each class (a car from each P1 team, 3 from every other class), so I still got a few guys to look at. My brother has the #1 Porsche, but I have the #13 Rebellion...

The one good thing about being the only one awake is that the god awful router in the house can actually hold a consistent stream without performing like ass. It's held the same time differential for hours now because nobody else is robbing me of its bandwith.

Yup, and this year's Nurburgring showed that 👍

Not expecting nearly that level of drama, but ya never know...
Man I still haven't watched the last 30 minutes. I feel deprived because it feel on Indy 500 weekend, I didn't get to do that one cus I was watching the trifecta on Sunday (breakfast at Monaco, main feature at Indy, drinking during Charlotte...)

My internet has been pretty spotty at times. Since I'm mainly streaming this, since I don't feel like watching Fox Sports constant commercials. I had my modem restart on me once again.

Someone remind me, what time is Official sunrise at the circuit? thinking of taking a quick 90mins or so power-nap, and I don't want to miss the sunrise and "happy hour".

Watch it on youtube. I recommend starting at the last 90 minutes though to get all the drama

LMP2 lap times now within a second and a half of the #1 Porsche. That report of engine oscillation data a while back and the fact the are the only P1 car, smart of them to slow down.

Sky brightening at Le Mans. What this race needs now is a good squall to wipe out all the P cars.

If I were Rebellion, I might have the 31 pluck the #1 while it's still too dark to know for sure and there aren't any camera men to catch it. ;)

I'm watching one of the Porsche car live streams at the moment and I saw the #91 car cut one of the first corners. Are you allowed to do that?
I'm not complaining of course, I'm just slightly surprised I saw that.

Man that burnt-orange glow that's emerging in the sky, is quite something. Very "Californian-esque" as the RLM guys stated.

If he already crashed, I think so.
If he just drove through, then I'm pretty sure that's a no-no

It could be like the 24 Hours of Daytona back in 2001, where the Prototypes broke down, and Corvette took overall victory

Or the larger 2003 upset when the TRG Porsche won. Or like 2004, when Tony Stewart, Dale Jr, and Andy Wallace had that Citgo Crawford laps up on the field when the cars suspension made like a Toyota and broke in the last 17 minutes, losing them the race. The Rolex 24 had few crazy years there lol.
