Heck, early in the race I watched one of the pit crew members almost trip over a tire in the Ferrari pits.

I know they had to de-tune the engines from road spec because they where too powerful, if that's what you're talking about.

He said that they're more or less equal though.

He was refering to top seed, they are more or less equal because of DIFFERENT DOWNFORCE SETUP.

Means Toyota need to use lighter downforce wing, to keep up on straight, but less downforce on turns is not good for turns.
