Screw that, Toyota has already won out with every safety car over the #3 Audi who consistently falls back during safety car to the number 8 Toyota. I'm ready to see Toyota's luck run out. Audi have the better car and driver's they deserve it.

It's easy to have the better car when you have 70-80 more horsepower then your opponent.

This, absolutely.

Yeah, poor Audi. Fighting against all odds, they are clearly the underdog.

10 metres is the rule I think, however there is no rule preventing team members going out to the car, they just can't touch it. They can provide any equipment needed.

Then they would have to use witness statements about how far away the driver was from the car....

Trying to claim the poor underdog Audis have been 'unlucky' is a bit like saying poor underdog Spain were 'unlucky' to have Tahiti take a shot on their goal. :ouch:

not saying that an Audi victory is undeserving, but I fail to see a team that has won for like 7 straight years or something an underdog.

ah well, on to the next Le Mans.

C'mon, get the SC back in. This is what Wet and Intermediate tyres are for.

I'm starting to wonder if the ACO/FIA actually want a motor race at all...just when something happens and a motor race breaks out the safety car comes out to kill it again. I could understand if the weather was Montreal 2011 bad, but this is doable. Come on, we've been under SC for nearly 20 minutes!

Aston situation explained by Autosport

Mucke stopped when the rain first fell while Lietz continued. He took on inters, but the team then replaced them immediately with slicks because the track looked dry.

When the heavens opened even more, he came back in the following lap for wets - but Lietz again stayed out. Meanwhile, the Pilet Porsche was fitted with wets.

The end result of that is Lietz a lap in front of Pilet, with Mucke now down in third. We reckon Lietz is going to need another fuel stop, but even so, Porsche have both cases covered with a car on slicks and a car on wets.

I Cheer for Audi because of their superior engineering and drivers, I don't care who the under dog is. The bottom line is that Toyota has won out at every safety car, now they get a car in the garage that should have been passed by #1 Audi by now who has been the fastest car on the track, but they continue to have the safety car out driving slower than ever. Not to mention that he walked away from his car like a child and should be automatically retired as stated in the rules.

Who said ANYTHING about Audi being an underdog? Certainly not Deutsch Rennen. You can even check back on his post, amazingly.

#7 almost read to get out of the pits. <3

And how this has anything to do with the Audi having more power tha n the Toyota? Again, your point is...?

you're just helping him point out the hypocrisy lol
