I Cheer for Audi because of their superior engineering and drivers, I don't care who the under dog is. The bottom line is that Toyota has won out at every safety car, now they get a car in the garage that should have been passed by #1 Audi by now who has been the fastest car on the track, but they continue to have the safety car out driving slower than ever. Not to mention that he walked away from his car like a child and should be automatically retired as stated in the rules.
Yes of course should be automatically retired,
and forced to race Le Mans next year with a Safety Car,
and win the race.

The #1 Audi deserves that number 4 position, they have been the fastest most consistent car by far, moving all the way up from 22nd position is no small feat after the alternator failure. I never said anything about Audi being the underdog, who cares about underdogs? I care about who is the best... Audi.

SPEED just showed video. Yeah, he was way more then ten meters away from the closest point of the car.

Aston situation explained by Autosport

Mucke stopped when the rain first fell while Lietz continued. He took on inters, but the team then replaced them immediately with slicks because the track looked dry.

When the heavens opened even more, he came back in the following lap for wets - but Lietz again stayed out. Meanwhile, the Pilet Porsche was fitted with wets.

The end result of that is Lietz a lap in front of Pilet, with Mucke now down in third. We reckon Lietz is going to need another fuel stop, but even so, Porsche have both cases covered with a car on slicks and a car on wets.

Thanks for clearing that up at last. Seems indecision has cost Aston dearly :(

So you cheer for Audi because they're the best, then complain when someone other than them gets a lucky break or dares to get near them? Does that mean you were dancing around the living room when luck went Audi's way in 2010 when all the Peugeots blew up? Or were you supporting Peugeot that year because they were better? Im confused

So you dislike stupid rules that hamper the team you are rooting for, but approve the stupid rules that hamper the compitition. Nice one.

Also, the so called superior engineering in the Audi nr. 1 is what caused it to be in the pit for more than 30 minutes? :sly:

The fact that Toyota has managed to make a car capable of keeping up and surviving 24 hours for their 2nd year in the WEC, is quite impressive.

They all blew up, how is that a better car? The good luck of Toyota in this case is because the rules are not enforced against him for walking away and the safety car keeping the #3 Audi stuck in the pits time and time again.

If you ask me, having Audi keep winning Le Mans throughout the event's lifetime would be lame.

As much as I like Audi; I'd like them to lose just once. They've been too dominant.

34 minutes to go, I heard that the SC will get in sooner or later.
