Why is the Safety car still out? Don't tell me it has taken them this long to get a little tire rubber off the track? :ouch:

EuroSport has just told that the [Danish] money gained from text messages, will be donated to Simonsen's family. That's very good style 👍!

Audi #3 in the pits...

Some of you guys give up way too easily. I could see if it was one hour left, but its not even close and you are already giving it to Audi. Its like you guys forget this is Le Mans

Makes you proud to be human :)

It came in after clearing up the Alpine LMP2 debris. On the first lap after the restart, one of the Lotus LMP2 cars lost its entire rear bodywork. So, back out it came.

"And back home in Britain we hear its lovely weather, a BBQ evening."

No. Its cloudy with ocassional rain where I am :indiff:

Yeah, I had that!

'Back in Britain it's lovely weather...'

(looks out of window at cloudy sky)

Erm, yeah...lovely British summer weather 👍

Exactly, 458s are still circulating on the same track as them.

It's weird...I don't dislike Audi for being reliable and the best car out there.

I'm starting to dislike Toyota for just plain not being good enough.

If you're gonna have 2 factory teams being so far ahead of everyone else, the least you can do is make those teams competitive. At least Peugeot gave Audi a good fight. Toyota are more like the Jeff Smith of Le Mans - cars far superior to everyone else bar one team and yet constantly average at best and not good enough to actually win outright.

(Might be harsh on Jeff Smith...)

Pretty much…

Anywho, imagine the noise from the open public roads. If I was leaving work, I'll just phone the misses "I'll be about… 24 hours" and I'll stand there just listening :r

Edit: can we all remember the saying "It takes 3 years to win Le Mans"? This is their second shot.

Anybody else notice the difference in size of the air box, between the 2 Toyota's?

I don't think they're different sizes, just different colours aren't they?
