Just really hope that they fix the lobby issues. Lag, Random Booting and folks having a difficult time re-joining room. Have not seen so many random booting and it started after they put their ban notice out. It has progressively gotten worse and making the lobby experience not so enjoyable.

Doubt anything will happen, although Tuesday's maintenance is early enough that it could be an update/DLC as everything is usually released on Tuesdays, but I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Probably server updates/GTTV updates/hybrid fixing (which I hope it's not)/creating hell for more gamers.

I think a lot of people will dump GT5 if this happens. More than the haters really imagine.
GT5 will simply die another death, and the open lobbies will be quiet again.

Same here. If they fix all the hybrids, I'm moving on to another game. Without all the options that are currently possible with hybriding, this game is just dead in the water (except for the guys who love this game).If hybrids get "fixed" I'm not playing GT5 again, unless a group of friends are having a large get together, then I might join for a laugh.

Yeah then the speculation would turn into incredulation and frustration or general unpleasantness not unlike the current situation with all the "I wish this" or "I hope that".

The specualtion would only shift to something else, say a picture of Kazunori-san raising an eyebrow at a certain car, or picture of a track...there will always be somethingI wished maintenance would start tonight. That would stop speculations.
