I'm going out to dinner in a bit, gonna hit a walmart on the way back; then I shall be on.Anyone practicing tonight?
After my most recent practice session i am super excited for the event tonight2 keys to victory today; Consistency and patients. Along with decent speed. Either way really looking forward to this race today.
Unfortunately I have to work till 8pm PDT, not 6pm like I thought. I won't be home in time to make it to the race.
I was thinking about this as well today, i don't know about everyone else but I know in our practice races I do try moves that could be questionable just to see if it would work in a race or not. Secondly as far as this track goes I think we are talking about maybe two or three areas (the second turn in the second sector, the second/third turn in the third sector, and going into the chicane) where you can maybe make a pass on pace. Otherwise really it is just about waiting for someone to make a mistake and being close enough to capitalize. Let's just all use our heads tonight.I know what we were doing last night was just practice but there was definitely some questionable moves being made. Everyone really needs to calculate a pass. This is a tight course with not as many passing opportunities as Monaco. Turn one is not a good place to try and pick up a position. Also pinching someone into the wall is not cool at all. Lets try and keep it clean and fair tonight.
I don't think it will change anything in terms of points but i think my pole column should be 2 no?Results and Standings are now up. Congrats to rap for winning the first race and to racefan for winning the second race and getting the overall win.
Oh that's too much work.I don't think it will change anything in terms of points but i think my pole column should be 2 no?
