I don't know what to say about tonight's race. I had my hands firmly wrapped around this races throat. Which I didn't expect. A lot of you guys were clearly faster than me. I think I was the last one to make a pit stop around lap 41. I came out in 3rd with Jammy and Bowtie ahead of me. But I knew I was really in 1st. I was pretty sure Jammy had pitted too soon and Bowtie was on hard tires. My tires seemed to be wearing fine. Quickly but evenly. On the replay I noticed it took 7 laps for my right rear to go from a 8 to a 4. With a full straight lead and 10 laps to go I just started to lay down the smoothest laps possible. Letting off the throttle early, rolling back into it. Every lap felt like an eternity. That right rear was done though. Eventually spinning on the last corner of the last lap of a race that I didn't think I had a chance in, that I thought I had won by a mile. So mind shatteringly brutal. Bowtie held on to win after getting dealt what looked like the losing hand and Jammy was behind on 2 pit stops. I was lucky to still get on the podium.
Those pics don't seem to be working on my cell phone.
