That's cool and creepy at the same time, unusual find, usually when things in this thread are found they are semi restored gems or something someone has used as parts and the odd complete car that has signs of prior usage, but some of those pictures in that link appear to be an apocalyptic style abandonment. As if all life on earth ceased to exist, as if people just up and left, the cars were built stored and never sold thus never used, the perfect background for a "return to earth" adventure movie, love it,

Surprised it has not been wrecked by vandals. There is a C3 corvette on my street in an abandoned garage that has been ruined by vandals. Ill see if I can get some pics of it. Really want to get my hands on it because the garage is coming down on top of it. Also in the garage is an old firetruck, an REO speed wagon, and an old mercedes sedan

The whole garage is blocked in by a massive dump truck and an old Chevy truck that have not moved for over 10 years

The property is also not owned by anyone at the moment, so no laws were broken being inside the garage.

If it's not owned by anyone then doesn't that mean the cars are just hunks of metal up for grabs? Or would you have to go about buying the property to actually get the cars? General question for anyone since I'm not savvy on this stuff...cause I know a guy with a good size semi truck that will pull those vehicles blocking out of the way :sly:

Buddha only knows how badly I want that year of Camaro.

Technically they are up for grabs, however there are no titles and the only one even partially intact is the Mercedes. The frame on the Camaro is actually bent in half, the REO is a rotting pile of wood, and the firetruck is so bad I accidentally put my hand through the side just by leaning on it If someone really wanted too, they might be able to save the corvette.

Dont know the story on this, was just looking for pictures of the blue Lamborghini diablo in the field, but found this about halfway down the page
