As I work my way through the game, I'm starting to realize I like testing and tuning more than the A-Spec races. Since I'm not a tuner myself, I often find myself endlessly searching this forum for tunes to try, for the cars I needed. I quickly grew tired of reading "great tune, I won XXX with it." seeing as how, any legitimate tune should get you the win. I wanted to know where each excels and lacks, with side by side comparisons of the other tunes available, what tracks and times, what adjustments were made to fit your style etc etc.
My driving style. I use a DFGT and automatic transmission. I'm what I consider to be an aggressive driver. I brake late and hard, coast just long enough for the nose to point towards the exit and then I'm right back on the gas. I'm capable of good throttle control, but more often than not I lack the finesse of 'feathering' and am rather heavy footed. I tend to prefer cars that rotate extremely well. I like my cars on the loose side, I can't stand a car that pushes.
If anyone, be it Tuning Shop or individual, has something they'd specifically like me to review, or has a tune for a car already listed, that they feel deserves a fair comparison, please don't hesitate to let me know.
