I love that shot, alex.

The car's clean as clean, as always, the angle is good, like the blurred BG, as opposed to the previous one you had posted, it not only makes the car stand out more, but it also hides some of those textures, and the not-so-3D effect the other had.

The rims were enlarged perfectly, look awesome, just the tyre itself (front) seems to be edged on spots.

And the tarmac looks just amazing, you really have to tell me what did you use to get it looking loke that.

Top work overall. 👍

A nice update alex:tup:
Its a very nice shot with good lighting and it is very clean:tup:, i also love the presetation of the car:tup:

As always amazing creation Alexwrc. The road looks so clear and the car is cleaned well. The only complaint I would have is the tyres still look very "squared" .
Outstanding work as always. If you have time check out my gallery.

I don't know Alex, I mean, the road is very nice, very realistic but the car looks unfinished to me. It is clean but too blurry according to the sharpness of the tarmac around the car...

TVR&Ferrari_Fan. Thanks! The lighting was the most important at this time.

Cod_Father. Thanks :D

jgda9rs. Thanks too

franz. I thought this was more interesting...

Moglet. To the tarmac I added a texture filter in a different layer, and blended it in screen or linear dodge mode to show that "bright stones". I'll post a bigger image later 👍

NTX1982. Haha, thanks. Next update is almost finished yet.

lmracer. Thanks man

Beerzgood. Thanks for your comments!

Tommi2000. Thank you

Rayquaza. thanks lol

speedster502. I'll take care with that detail next time. Thanks

Ultrashot. If I apply a sharpness filter, all edges will came out jagged. I'd rework some lines and rounded reflections, but I spent some hours working in a flat lighting shot so I think I'll leave it as it is hehe. I'm pleased with the overal result according to the original :D. Thanks for your visit.

Not a comment in nine days?

Nevertheless, I love how you've set-out the information within the picture; very neat. And the road, the road looks very realistic.

As a whole, the effect of the photo is very good, and the tire problem could be easily fixed with the elliptical marquee tool. 👍

Omg lol, this looks unreal!!

I didn't know you were this good?? I didn't expect anything really when I came into here! Gosh I have some catching up to do man, since when did you become so friggin good?

I was looking at the civic, the subaru and celica like
Only thing I was saying to myself was "This guy must be cheating :dunce:"!

This gallery I'll never skip again ^^

Edit:
since when did you become so friggin good?

I guess that question has been answered here. I jumped back to your first post. I saw some really odd stuff about the Nurenburgring, didn't know what it was all about. But it was funny to see you photographed all the mile-signs. Nice way to get attention for sure, for what was coming after that update

My favorite gallery:tup: By FAR!

Wow, your recent updates have been superb, pure awesome. :D
Sorry I haven't commented here in so long, I have been keeping up with your updates, I will be sure to comment on all I have missed sometime soon.
So look out for a huge comment from me in the near future. 👍

Hahaha, thanks a lot Tony! Well, you're forcing me to write a few words here to let you know why I'm being out of GTP. My PC died 2 or 3 weeks ago so I had to wait a technical service response during so many time. Now, I'm burning almost 70Gb of info in CD's :grumpy:. The problem is indexing that info to keep them permanently in a portable device...

Lucky, that system failiure (A virus or who knows...) didn't eat anything rather time and technical service cost. During this time have been taking a lot of photos emulating your Solstice batch (To C_F :D) and much more.

I've nice shots to show now, but the 2.0 Tournament could need them so... I've to select all images very carefully. Anyway I'll be back very soon, when my HDD will be format in 1 or 2 days I guess, because any program is working actually :)

Thanks for your interest about me!

Regards. alexwrc

that sucks. it's funny that happened to you coz you helped keep my computer from dying and starting my photoshop to work. glad to have u back here though. hope to see u in the 2.0 comp. welcome back my gtp god! :D

I'm back!!. Here is a selection of one of my best photos done lately, at least imo. I was keeping them to enter some comp, but as I don'y know when they will be up... =)

Remember, click on each thumbnail!

Woah, alex!

That Trial Celica is so beautiful... The angle, the perfect cleaning, those awesome reflections... Top quality work, man. 👍

You copy/pasted the cars from the phototravel into those sceneries? Extremely well done.

What's that on the 406's front, sort of underneath the car? Did that came attached and you didn't notice? Sorry, but I can't figure out what that is... :dunce:

The Solstice looks great too, excellent choice of scenery for that car's colour.

The ambulance is an excellent chop job, very realistic and the body roll gives it the extra touch. 👍

Great work overall, amigo! ;)

Alex!

Wow! Honestly the best shots I've ever seen here. Such amazing work.

When I have more time (I"m at work now) I'll comment more!

Amazing update alex, great to have some new work from you.
I love all the shots but the first two stand out for me. They are all so well done, great angles, also well suited environments for each car. The texture you added to the road looks really nice. Awesome clean up and love the detail. Taking wheels form phototravel are we? :D

Superb update alex, look forward to many more. 👍

Also, sweet work on the Honda Ambulance, very well done.

If i had to choose, i'd pick the second shot as the best one of the bunch, so very well detailed and love the floor!

Another glory of photomode pictures 👍 but I have to say the stepvan ambulance gave me a good laugh ... they are all quite flawless with all your usual effect implemented. Nice work!

Finally Alex!! You have done a update!!!!
1st, the 406 is weird, why?? Whats that on the lower part of the car??
The Ambulance shot is so sweet...so fashion, even my girlfriend like that cute shot!! Well done:)
The Celica and Solstice are your best shots, great quality!!! The S2000 is looking creepy as hell, another good shot of yours:tup:
BRING MORE Alex!!!:)

I love that ambulance shot Alex, it's hilarious!👍 The others are nice but nowhere near your best. I like the angle of the Trial Celica but I'm not sure what those things on the road are...

Good work! 👍

Awesome work yet again; there's something about your photos that always draw attention. The realism, execution, technique and colours of the photos are what appeal to me, and the Phototravel-car-onto-Photomode-background technique I've never even thought of before...

i love the solstice shot n the trial celica shot is great as well. it's like it's waiting for a street race or the days when me and my friends would pull over on the side of the road and take a photo of our cars :D good times! i love the ambulance photo too! that must have been your computer in there when it crashed ? hehehe just kidding :D i really love the solstice shot though. i can almost feel the groove of the aluminum grill on my hands. great stuff! the rest of the photos are awesome as well. specially the one under the bridge with the peugeot (?) hope to see more from you !!

Beerzgood. Nope, I made a normal photo in race mode, and the I pasted the phototravel rims. About that rare thing, I guess you meant this. I can't see that failiure in my pc screen, but I have to say I did not check the black correction when saving it. I'll have to redo that part of the pic then. Thanks for your comments amigo!

Cod_Father. I don't think so, but many thanks for that kind words!

Drift2XS. Thanks too! Yup, photomode wheels. Seems the ambulance is being popular liked.

Rayquaza. Thanks. It's one of the best of the update as you said!

franz. Thanks hehe. Glad you enjoyed them 👍. It's always interesting read that from you.

NTX1982. Hehe, thanks. I spent a couple of hours on Celica and Solstice shots! I was working with my graphic tablet lately, and results are quite nice. About te 406 problem, I guess you're meaning the same as Beerzgood so look at the link I posted if his message.

Bram Turismo. Yup, I'm having some troubles with tarmac textures, because not allways come out as they should do. Anyways I think I have a fix now for it. You could say what are your most liked shots, I'm curious haha. Thanks for your comments man!

LGforce. Gracias! I wanted a simple presentation, I was out of ideas lol.

GT Pro. Thanks, as you said I always want a "multiskill" work when I'm joining GT photography and post-production. The only thing I used from Phototravel was the static rims 👍

jgda9rs. WTF!!:lol::lol: Yup, that ambulance carried my pc when it died hahaha. I also know that feeling in the Celica shot, I made that set of photos thinking the car could be a street racer (It seems, even it is lol). That kind of things are always interesting to transform into a photo in GT4. I'm glad you liked my last work, thanks!

Beautiful work, and very well set out! I very rarely +rep a photomode gallery post, but if that isn't the definition of a quality post, I don't know what is...

The first two shots are stunning alexwrc, but every time I see your work, 440 chargers and Moglet, it makes me want to push my work even further to try and keep up with you lot.

Like ALPHA said, spit it out!

About the rims from phototravel thing, how do you get them to fit exactly on the shot you have in hands? I mean, their angle is exactly the same, how do you do that? Is it a trial and error thing?
Even the light source seems to be perfectly adjusted. 👍
