This is the reason some people are so let down by all this. Tekken says "Big suprise" and their overactive imagination says "free Bugatti Veyron with every copy"

Nice vids, thanks for sharing. 👍

Those standard cars look quite good if you ask me, well.... good enough.

That rollover however looked horrible. If only GT5 had similar crash and collision physics like GRID has, it's done so well in that game.

Same with damage. I really hope we haven't seen full damage yet, as the vids shown are in arcade mode, I know. But so far it seems to me that in GT5 it takes alot of crashes before you start to see any deformation. In GRID you can crumble your car within the first crash. It's done very realistic compared with how hard and how you crash. I hope this is similar in GT5 with pro physics.

If not, oh well, you can't have it all.

Somehow this is my last hope.
GT5 to me feels incomplete, rushed in its current state.

This. They were working on GT5 for years, but I don't think all those years were really spent on GT5. It was pushed out too soon, and despite the lackluster game we received, this is what Kaz did not want.

Grid is completely arcade. GT5 is not.

I don't think many people want a veyron.

i still don't get why the damage is tuned down, in the demos was more consistent, and dirt on cars where is? was clearly showed in turismo tuesdays videos. Paint falling off?

So I don't get it you can only adjust the brake balance? You cant buy bigger brakes?

There's no way we should only be able to adjust brake balance. We've been able to buy sport/racing brakes since... well... forever. I don't get how you can drop a feature as basic as that.

Really thanks Tekken90, this helps me to sit out the waiting time :D. Luckily its not the best quality because the game on my real screen will look even better :d and then i can play on my gameracer elite with G25 :d

Well, Spa is impossible suprise... So I think what I uploading is big suprise...

How big? Is it worth to not watch it and wait till 24th? I did not watch any of the new videos since 4-5 days now to keep some surprises :)

But you know how humans are, always to be inquisitive

Hey tekken, if you damage your car, can you repair it after the race? or it comes back to its original state magically

no, you've to repair it for 8000 cr. in GT-Auto mode ^^ when i watched the video correctly :).

so, either the surprise is the damage-model or we can buy bigger brakes :D

Tekken probably found the "perfect GT5" option to make everything bad go away and unite GTplanet back into one happy go lucky place again.

hey, I can throw ridiculous guesses too right?

True, that's why you would expect "the real driving simulator" to have better damage and collisions.

If you want to fit that damage model in a game with the current weather system/online features/track/car selection and course editor and photo mode that GT currently has, and come out with something that holds more info than the blu-ray discs be my guest :)
