Trump fills NRG stadium with Indian Americans in Houston today. Why in the world would all of these POC show up to see a white supremacist president? He must really be paying them well.

I'm not sure I follow the tone of your post correctly... are you saying that Indians wouldn't want to see Modi just because he was with Trump and therefore must have been paid?

The rolling eyes were to show sarcasm. Listen to what the Queen of Nice had to say.

Are you sure Trump filled the stadium and not the Prime Minster of India?
Based on the cheers for Trump, I would say they both filled the stadium.

The greatest trick Saudi Arabia has pulled in recent years is getting the United States to fight their war against Iran for them.
Specifically, there has been a war against Iranian supported Houthi rebels in Yemen in which some 90,000 civilians have been killed. The US is said to have supplied the intelligence and munitions, and Saudi Arabia delivered the munitions to the targets and pulled the triggers. I don't know how much of that is exactly true.

In general, there has been universal war across the Mideast between Shiites in Lebanon, Syria and Iran on one side and Sunnis pretty much everywhere else. Israel, the US and Europe seem to support the Sunnis, while Russia and China support the Shia to some degree. Again, how much of this is 100% true I don't know.

Donald Trump is speaking at the UN right now.

So far, he has trashed 'globalism', told the world that the US stands ready to strike a 'magnificent' new trade deal with the UK, and is currently in the process of absolutely savaging China.

I saw two minutes of it, I switched over just as he announced the death of globalism. The President of the United States of America.

Astonishing.

On what has been a uniquely terrible day for Boris Johnson, he can at least claim to be one of the very few global political leaders that Trump hasn't just torn a new one.

There goes another waste of tax dollars.
They want to impeach cause they already know they gonna lose in 2020.
I'll remind my friends on the Left-Wing you impeach Trump, you get Pence. Be careful what you wish for. :D

Or maybe, just maybe, impeachment makes sense for a President that has violated, obstructed, and demonstrated contempt for, the law. You know... what it was meant for. I think the Democrats would probably rather not impeach at this point (because 2020, and no more policy is getting done), but they'll look spineless if they don't try.

Nobody who actually knows the slightest bit about government actually wants the president impeached. I certainly don't, even though I'm incredibly unfond of him, and I'm pretty sure that most Democrats don't actually want to impeach Trump even if they don't like him....

...but, c'mon, he's actively withholding military aid to Ukraine and will continue to do so unless the Ukrainian government gives him dirt on Biden. He's literally holding one of our allies hostage, an ally who are up against an impassable, highly aggressive wall, in order to harm a political rival. If that's not cause for impeachment, than I don't know what is.

Edit: On that note, what the hell are his cabinet/advisors doing? I refuse to believe that not one person told the man "Mr. President, this is a really 🤬 idea," or something similar.

Right. The whole point of congressional oversight of the executive is for specifically this purpose - abuse of power. @ryzno What would Trump have to do in your eyes to justify impeachment? I'm pretty sure your head would have exploded by now if Obama had done the same thing.

Someone leaked his private call. The person who leaked it had unauthorized access to said audio from what I know. I'd be holding people's feet to the fire too. I don't see ANYONE crying for an investigation into Biden/Ukraine collusion!
Hypocrisy at its finest as usual.
As far as impeachment... Someone should have been impeached for making health care a fineable tax...

I don't care about Biden. If he gets investigated or not, it is beside the point. The point is that Donald Trump is abusing The Office of the President of the United States for personal gain.

If you do something illegal, is it ok as long as nobody find out?

So you would support Obama being impeached for....a law legitimately passed by congress?

Jerkin' their gherkins, surely. Remember who put them there, and note that anyone who has defied him has been unceremoniously expelled. Respectfully, I think you're fooling yourself if you think they're anything but spineless yes-men.

It was shoved down our throats. Everything he said about the bill was a lie. Wasn't it Nancy who said "vote for the bill then you can read it"?

And I have nothing else to say to you if you can careless about investigating Biden. The proof is right there unlike a 3 year whitchhunt which lead to nothing against Trump and has provided zero reason for impeachment as far as I'm concerned...

Edit: "If you do something illegal, is it ok as long as nobody find out?" If you REALLY knew me, you'd know my answer. I've admitted countless times here I'm a felon... ;)

What's even funnier is the transcript hasn't even been released, SO, they are starting ANOTHER witchhunt off hearsay!

Lets run down the list.

Secretary of Trump Defense - Bill Bar - Not spineless, per say, but definitely in the Ride 2gether, Die 2gether section of the cabinet
Director of "I don't want to know" - Dan Coates - Yep, spineless
Director of...wait where is she? - Gina Haspel - Probably spineless
Director of white House Catering/Deputy Taskrabbit - Mick Mulvaney - Oh yes, spineless
Chairman of Monsanto/Bayer - Sonny Perdu - I have no idea
White House Hedge Fund Manager - Wilbur Ross - Too cynical to care one way or another. Which way to the money piles?
The New Guy - Mark Esper - Probably preoccupied drawing up first-strike plans against the Navajo Nation
1st Grader Lost on the White House Tour - Betsy Devos - Has no idea whats going on whatsoever
'Nuke Wrangler - Rick Perry - Having too much ****ing fun to care
Secretary "Not Sure" - Ben Carson - Asleep
Secretary of Cooking the Books - Steven Mnuchin - Far too Machiavellian to care. Didn't this guy donate to a bunch of Democrats?
The United States Senate - Elaine Chao - Possibly the most spineless
Chief California Enforcer - Andrew Wheeler - Spineless
Chief Adviser to 17th Century Trade Practices: Robert Lighthizer - Spineless
Secretary of looking real hard - Mike Pompeo - Same as Bill Bar
Reserve Clint Eastwood Central Casting Prop - Mike Pence - Definitely not even a real Human. His only capacity is squinting.

Not looking good for invoking 25....
