Yes, those regs are final.
However, I'm somewhat hesitant to add in an LMPC class...
Would anyone other than T_Ray drive in this class?

For my part, I was hoping we'd have more drivers per class this season, and adding another class goes against that idea.

Just read online that another reason the PSN was shut down is because on April 20th, Sony has found evidence of an attack and has reason to believe information had been stolen. As to what data or information was transfered, Sony has yet to decifer. Keep an close eye on your credit card records for possible fraudulent transactions.

I do not know how old this post is, but it says it was last updated a little over a half hour ago of this posting. You can read more here.

That's old news. :/

The info is apreciated man! Not all of us are up to date on the matter, information flow is a good thing!

So I haven't checked, is the network back up? Will we be racing on friday?

We will NOT be racing this Friday regardless of network condition.
I'm going away Friday and Saturday.

If anyone's interested, this news headline will be interesting, as I read it:

It's about the PSN downtime and details regarding the reasons why.

@gogatrs

Did you change my car for the season?

I posted a post a couple of...well...posts ago (see how many times you can say the word post in its different forms in the same sentence) regarding the same information on different websites. But information is always good.👍

Mitch. You still running the 908?

If so you and I should team up and run both liveries. I got both. So willing to switch if indeed we team up.

You know what, change it again to Toyota GT-One. I operate a lot better with this car.

EDIT: I did a hot lap with this car in Nordschleife and got a time of 6:02:042. Is this a good time? Now, be noted that I did messed up 1-3 times, but not too severe, and that I'm not a super pro at the track.

I'll change it now...
I have done no offline testing in fear that I'll et used to the grip levels. :(

I think I got used to them :P

I honestly think you're all crazy! lol, after a few laps, and the tires are warmed up, my cars always feel the same to me, as offline, but it only lasts about 3-4 laps (depending on the track). But my setups offline, always work out for me online, as long as I take the first couple laps easy. :sly:

From what I've read from many many many threads, highest race quality=offline physics. Also consider your grip reduction settings.

Also take into consideration lag.

Been watching highlights of the 24 Hours of Le Mans from 2000 on and its making me want to race the last race of season 1 now soooo bad...lol

Grip Reduction affects the whole track particularly the edge/wet track

I know from IRL expeirience, (or at least with karting) that the "real" grip levels make it much more realistic.
It's nearly impossible to spin a kart in this game with low grip reduction...

Every year, right after the race at Lime Rock, me, my dad, his friend (who owns a 944 Turbo :)) along with my younger brothers all watch a twenty minute video called "Rendezvous" which is basically an illegally made video of a guy who made it across Paris in record time while driving some kind of Ferrari (nobody knows the exact model). After that we all watch "Le Mans."
The best part is that we crank up the volume on our surround sound speakers just about as high as they go. :)
Damn it sounds good.

Only downside is that my dad isn't allowed back in the house for a week afterwards. :(
JK lol.

That's a fantastic tradition, two great films. It appears the car in rendevouz was a merc after all...
