I thought the new firmware helps, when I get my CSP and the vibra motor didn't work. It helped, but after the update the throttle deadzone is near 50% if I didn't use the CSP directly via USB. I've also tried with every kind of potenciometer setup, nothing helped. The most interesting thing is that if I test the CSP via USB on my PC, the vibramotor and the throttle works good, but after I try the same with connecting the CSP through the GT2 wheel, the deadzone comes out again.. I start to think that the problem is not in the CSP, maybe it is in my GT2..
Be patient mate. Nowadays they have a lot to do. I've ordered my GT2 and CSP a few weeks ago and both of them arrived in 5 business days. I only get an email with a tracking number on my 2nd order, but it doesn't count. Just a few days and you'll get it I think 👍
I am fine, so no need to say be patient. I was contacting them for a friend that has a Turbo S wheel that he wants to update the firmware on, He has Win 7 and I asked if they had any work around for the Win 7 problem they have. I went ahead in that email and asked if they could give me a expected shipping date on my order also. I am not expecting it until next Friday so if it comes Monday that'll be a great surprise.
He does however have speculation and a very good feeling working for himself.
Must be a bad job having to do all of that work answer emails and also boxing wheels together. Its a wonder they didn't go out of business for those 2 emails I sent. It probably made them close to being bankrupt answering them.
Update: So I have been waiting and didn't get a tracking number, so I had no ideal when the wheel would arrive which isn't good since I may not be home. So I emailed them yesterday asking for a tracking number since they told me on the 22nd the wheel would ship on the 25th.
I got this as a reply today along with my receipt finally. .
I am just wondering how long it would have taken if I wouldn't have emailed them as I was under the assumption the wheel had been shipped on the 25th and judging by this it hasn't even left the warehouse.
O well I guess I'll play the waiting game even longer now.I am not sure, but it would make sense that it would have the latest firmware. I would ask, but I am done emailing them since it might make them go out of business answering mt emails.

Also how do they ship these wheels exactly? I was under the assumption that when they have them in stock that means they have them in the US warehouse and not in Germany.
