Anyone here thought GT5 could be more like a flight sim?

I want:
1) having an option to replace the seats-clothes and take them to laundry
2) Have a sponge option for dusting off the dashboard - during driving of course - A full hand movement must be simulated
3) A full blown shaving machine simulation during traffic jams (or accidents in GT5 case)
4) Having a lady beside me to tell me "you are driving too fast", "stop now, I want to go out" (also an option to loose credits by HER shopping...)
5) Alcohol testings (by simulated cups or whatever)

just watched one of the interview video of KY on GTTV and he said GT5 probably only 15-20% of his vision of the perfect sim, wow. Maybe when he get to 100%, we would be able to do almost everything that we can now in the real car (by voice control maybe, i doubt there's a controller with enough buttons)

It's OK the logitech G28 is under development as we speak :

I would like an AutoMac for endurance races, at the xit of boxes...

Also...night vision, blinder, and a special function to shut up the guy whos sitting in the copilot seat...

This give me an idea...copilot player...he can turn on and off the AC, distract you while you are driving, change the radio stations, or start looking what kind of music do you have in the ipod (those guys who start changing the music every 2 seconds)...Also the copilot could have the function to open the window and insult the other drivers...

Only feature I would love to see in GT5 is option before any race to get the convertible roofs be up or down. Thats all.

GT4 had the option only for practice race, and when you choose top down, you could only race against ONE other AI, I guess the PS2 and game engine could not handle 5 cars and one convertible one with driver animations.

Seems GT5 wont have the problem because all 16 have full animations , but I hope the option will be there for all races.

Why not put two kids in the back seat screaming for ice cream or something too?💡

Ahahahah maybe not all that Flight Sim accuracy, but a Kill Engine\Starter\Ignition function would be nice(you cant pit in without shutting down the car), sometimes i just like to hear a car boot up, that savage first rev.

Also wiper function if there is weather, and of course headlight control.

Yeah adjustable headlight angles, this could be adjusted by using directional buttons on a keyboard or maybe using the numbered keys.I don't know if the adjustments vary between cars ( roller wheels, incremental ).I know the R35 GTR has auto adjusting headlights, for seeing around corners.

I would think that this would be a crazy deal to think of GT as a flight sim or having characteristics thereof. However, I can understand the deal of comparing a driving sim to a flight sim (which I've never played. Always wanted to play "Microsoft Flight Simulator," but the requirements have almost always been too steep for me... that's another story). When you're behind the stick of a plane, you have all these gauges and all these controls. It would be crazy if Gran Turismo 5 were like a driving sim. But if you're thinking of things like fuel settings or whatever... that would take simulation to the extreme.

I think "keep it simple, stupid" would work just fine.

Oh please no. I'm not sure the fans could take it, or maybe its only me. I played NetKar today and it felt odd enough just having to push a button to turn on the car.

That would make my day :D:tup:

Anyway, i hope that you can choose (if you have a convertible) that is the top down or not. And it would be chosen from garage while looking/selecting the car.
